“Everyone except a few workers are nice. They always have an attitude about everything. There is even post on Facebook about the service and how rude the cashier's are. I understand fast food is hectic but it cost nothing to smile. It's your job to wait on me not get mad because I ask for napkins or a straw.“

“Have eaten at Jack’s several times since opening. Today, I had the BLT Grilled Chicken salad: loved it! The salad was “made when ordered”, not “pre-made”, sitting in a cooler. I have had milkshakes, chicken and burgers: like them all. Food is hot and tasty.“

“Good food friendly people and our favorite is the ice cream.Update 03/2023:Not sure what's going on with the DQ in Cochran but last two times we visited there they where out of cookie dough blizzard and the time before that no long sale cotton candy blizzard plus they don't even have milkshakes anymore@#$Since when has DQ not had milkshakes???Don't recommend it anymore.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair doors but there not electrical power“

“The food was good. But I have so many questions. Building is shaped different. There is one entrance to the building, and it's in the middle of the drive thru. I'm pretty sure the girl that took my order was sick. Sniffling and coughing. She had on a mask. But it was on her chin. Also, watch out for that over sized pothole when you drive around the building, which you have to do.“

“Well Worth The Stop. Food was Fresh, Customer Service Was on Point, And A Clean Establishment to Dine-In! Would stop here again.
Parking: Enough space to Park a large SUV or Pickup Truck, to Get in/out without hitting something.

“My family and I just traveling through and stopped in for drinks,snacks and facilities. The assistant manager was so delightful! She was very patient and friendly. Went out of her way to insure we were taken care of! What a pleasant surprise, a refreshing delight from the customer service we are usually prized with.Shes a keeper corporate!!“
