Inconsistent services. Every time I order at this location, I call ahead on the phone and they have always taken payment and delivered the food curbside when I arrive. Today, a young lady attempted to do the same but was told by her manager they can’t do that. I asked about drive-thru. The manager gets on the phone to then explain that although I had placed my order by phone, if I picked up in drive-thru I would have to reorder to pay. went to Jim N Nick's tonight. Went through the drive thru and Katelyn took care of our order. The service was good and the food was amazing!
Went through drive thru on Sunday 10/13/2024 and purchase a Turkey Feast. It is advertised for 39.99 of course plus tax. Then on the total they added an Impact Fee on the order! Don't advertise the price for 39.99 and then add an extra fee to it! The turkey was so dried out! For this much money on the meal should not had the turkey be so dried out! This place used to be the best restaurant in town! 😔
