We ordered a cake on the app and the order was finalized at 7:09 PM. When we ordered we chose to pick up asap and immediately sent my daughter to go pick up the order. We order cookies cakes very often and know that typically they are baked and ready in about 30 minutes. My daughter drove over 30 minutes to get the cake. I placed an order through my app at 7:09pm for ASAP tonight. My daughter drove 15 miles to the store to pick it up. She arrived at 7:40 and was told that they didn't make the cookie cake because, "it said pick up at 9 and since we close at 8, it wasn't made."
