“This is a nicely run family franchise which you can see in the service they provide. I was late picking up my smoothie completely my fault and they remade it when I called (I did not request this) just to make sure I had a good quality smoothie. They are always kind and respectful. Only reason I know it was family owned because I asked because the service was so remarkable. I worked in customer service for 13+ years and can appreciate when it is given. I been there multiple times hope they read this so I can once again express my gratitude.“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

I saw Orgain on the shelf so I thought it was Vegan. I got sick the first time as they put whey in it. I was informed that it comes that way by default. Make sure you ask because they don't have the customer service aptitude to tell you. I probably won't return until they educate their staff better.“

The lady that served me was so kind and knowledgeable and truly took pride in caring for this location. It was such a nice shift from the previous owners. I will definitely be coming to smoothie king more often now that I know the great and A+ service they offer. My brain is foggy and have a hard time remembering names even though she told me it twice but I believe her name was Misha? She was amazing and I’m grateful for the experience and conversation she provided. I got a Gogi bowl and a bluegert blitz. Also big thanks to Ryan who said he only recently started but was also very kind and kept a sanitary work space!
