“I was sitting on the traffic stop at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Medlock Bridge roads when I saw a billboard showing a Smoothie King in the area. So I decided to stop by. What a beautiful store. I’m a huge Smoothie King fan and do a lot of my ordering online, but will occasionally stop in a store. The employees there, especially Connor were so pleasant. Everyone spoke to me, either saying welcome or to ask how my day was going. I don’t usually small talk, but these folks somehow managed to get me to talk. They seemed to have a lot of fun serving us as they ribbed Connor playfully. Great place.“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“Upon entering into the establishment, I was greeted by a Playa Bowl employee with a pleasant smile. The store was clean and the vibe was nice. I took my mother for the first time and she fell in love. We will definitely visit again.

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“I purchased a mini bowl from the two girls selling at the Suwannee Town Marathon, and the product is amazing. They were incredibly sweet and helpful, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be for the company to better support its workers especially during cold, rainy weather by providing things that would keep the employees warm.“
