I just got back to the states after traveling in Colombia for 6 weeks and it was nice to be able to continue practicing my Spanish and for Josué to be so enthusiastic about practicing with me. “LOVE El Jim! They catered my son's rehearsal dinner at a venue in the town square. Hilda and her two wonderful servers had everything set and ready for us to enjoy a wonderful night. All of the dishes were delicious but the homemade guacamole may be the best I have ever eaten! As we continued to enjoy the evening the servers packed up the leftovers for us to keep and took away any evidence that they were even there! Everything ran so smoothly from working with Hilda before hand to attending to some food allergies. Fabulous!!“
