“Most people leave reviews when inconvenienced and focus on the negative but Amber here was able to be great help and deserves some positive attention! My order was taken by a doordasher who had someone with a similar name. No fault of the store. Amber was able to apologize and explain the situation perfectly fine. I was able to get fresh hot food.

Yes, I had to wait but late night KFC is really the only thing open and they’re taking orders from DoorDash, uber eats, drive through, lobby, and the KFC website. Amber was apologetic and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation of wrong order + my wait time.

“I love this location of the Chick-fil-A. Even though it’s at a Busy intersection, they’re always quick to take your order. I’ve been many times, and they have yet to get anything on my order wrong. They’re always quick, and courteous! Today, I had the most wonderful customer service experience with Natalia in the drive-through line. She was sweet, kind, and welcoming with a great smile.
