“So I do frequent several Chick fil a restaurants and was never charged for asking on an item placed on the side but this morning I was and I was caught off guard by the charge. I was not sure if things had changed due to the climate of our country at the moment. So naturally I did voice a complain. So the manager, Ireland, called me up to apologize for the error which affirmed that I was not presuming. Now this is what I call a solution to create a customer focused by the organization.“

“The cashier Khaliyah was very nice and patient with my order. While they didn't have much dark meat, she still offered to look through and mix in as much ad she could while offering a drink for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service“

“Chelsea and Brittany were amazing. Although it was early in the evening and they had no hot coffee. They went out of their way to get me a cup of coffee while I studied waiting for my son to be picked up. Thank you Chick-Fil-A for setting the standard.“
