“The evening management and staff last night truly showed 101% customer service. We pulled in right after they closed with 2 very hungry autistic children and they went above and beyond. They were a true blessing to our family. God bless America and them!“
“I just wanted to say that after the absolutely horrible experiences I have encountered at the Ringgold location and the Gunbarrel location I had pretty much wrote McDonald's off completely but I stopped in here Friday night early Saturday morning and whatever team or manager they had needs to give notes to these other stores not just on food quality but customer service as well. I actually think I'm going to take the time to reach out to the cooperate office just to give them some good feedback.“
“Today the food and service was perfect. I will say I have came to this McDonald’s for over a year and it’s very good sometimes and other times terrible. Almost like a hit or miss depending on the staff seems like. However today the food was great! & my Carmel iced coffee was actually delicious! & also want to brag on the guy working the window who has been there for a long time now and ALWAYS has the BEST customer service. I don’t know his name unfortunately but he takes the orders and works at 1st window! He is kind of younger definitely in twenties. He is always so friendly, patient, and kind!“

“We stopped for takeout breakfast, very early morning. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Coffee piping hot and perfect McD's quality. Manager on site was assisting his team and customers at the same time, doing a great job. Highly recommend!“
