McDonald's in Decatur

“Stopped by for a late lunch after having to deal with the Social Security office across the street. The staff was friendly and the wait was short. The food was very good. The only problem was the WiFi was lagging really bad.. Being an old Tech support person, I suggested to management to power cycle the network router and WiFi together so they would sync up. And it should be done every 2-3 Days for best performance.. I guess I will see on my next visit..“

“I just left, it’s 1am on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Oh my god, these are the best Mcdonald’s fries and nuggets I have ever had. So hot, so fresh, so salty. There’s like 2 people running the whole place. They are angels, and I love them.“

“Been coming to this location since the 80's it had its ups and down but overall pretty good spot. Recently I noticed it's been closed and they took the sign down hope it's not closing down for good they just remodeled the place. ???“

“Keep in mind that a five-star food means that you're getting typical McDonald's food. This is not fine. Dining.
I'm rating the service as a five star as well even though they got the meal wrong and I had to go in and have them correct it. They were very friendly, promptly corrected it and I think this speaks highly on how they correct mistakes when they make them. Mistakes happen. They handled it very well“

“The wait was 20 minutes because they had to cook bacon, but the cashier was very kind in offering an apple pie or another dessert. The bacon was slightly undercooked, so I removed it and ate the rest of the sandwich. It's a good location. The staff is kind and friendly. One incident won't change my mind about this location. Customer service means more to me.“

“Mcdonalds always has a line, so you know, going there, you have to wait whether you order at the drive thru or through the mobile app. They saw my mobile order and then I got my food. Easy enough, and they had what I wanted, and my order was correct.“

“Ms. Charlene in the Drive thru was very sweet and provided excellent customer service. She took my order and was polite. When I got to the window to pay, she greeted me with a big smile during the entire transaction. Both women in the drive thru were amazing. My food was hot and the wait time was great. Keep up the great work“
