“We had a business dinner here for approximately 30 people. We had two vegans and one vegetarian. We were able to have a prefix menu that had wonderful selections, and our vegan and vegetarian attendees were able to choose off of the menu to meet their needs. We were seated on the patio in four round tables close together, and it was the PERFECT location! It wasn't too loud for everyone, but we were able to talk and mingle together even though there were other patrons at the restaurant. We all truly enjoyed the location, which was a recommendation from a local. When I am back in town I will absolutely go back again to Haven for sure!! And a big thank you to Katelyn who helped me plan the event, and was very flexible when we went from 13 participants to 30!!“
“Very clean and cozy place. I think they have the best steaks in the southeastern United States. Not sure what they put on them but it’s incredible. The staff is super nice. Call ahead cause they stay packed. It’s nothing to see somebody famous in there just about any night. One night when we were there J Foxx was playing the piano. “Came to eat here tonight with my parents, they celebrated their birthdays earlier this month and we decided to step it up a notch and go downtown for a combined meal this year.Valet parking only here, they work off gratuities so remember that as they run to get your car as it was pouring outside tonight!We were immediately seated at our scheduled time, in a table I had sat in before with coworkers in the corner. The manager heard me speaking about it and how I enjoyed that with my colleagues he offered to put me there once again. Super cool, great view of the dining area and very quiet in the corner. I think my parents really enjoyed that. Antrane was our server and she crushed it tonight. Came over and took our drink order then proceeded to absolutely kill it for me tonight; made me look like a good son!For apps- we went with the Wagyu bbq short ribs, and the Lobster fritters and split a wedge salad between the three of us, they also chopped and split the portions for us. I'm going to tell you that the short ribs were crazy good, melt in your mouth barely a need to chew. The lobster fritters were perfectly cooked, beautiful texture and flavor. Wedge salad was so flavorful with the homemade dressing and pappadew peppers- what a new flavor on a traditional salad.My dad and I split the steak for two (porterhouse), cooked to perfection. My mother got an 8 oz strip and she normally gets it cooked well done. She was mowing the steak down and we had two sides of sauce to try- Bernaise and peppercorn. Both were super flavorful and enhanced the steak (truth be told the steak is the star and didn't need sauce)As for sides: creamed spinach and scalloped sweet potatoes (full portions) charred jalapeños creamed corn and roasted mushrooms (half portions). We ate more than we normally would've, but it seemed too good to stop.They were super generous to give both my parents a complimentary dessert since they have back to back bdays in March. My dad took one of each sorbet flavors (mango, pear, strawberry) and my mother did the vanilla bread pudding with cheesecake ice cream. My goodness! After all that food and a bottle of wine, still cleaned the plates! It's unheard of in our family.On the walk out, I noticed Chef Rathbun and he spoke with us for a few minutes. Told him I'd been familiar with his work and watched him and his brother battle on Iron Chef. We have been to many steakhouses in Chicago but this one really is next level.My thanks to the kitchen and Antrane, and especially Chef Rathbun for a memorable evening. It's super cool to get to meet chefs who are so talented and the staff that make them look bigger than rock stars for special moments like this.“
“It takes an elevated experience to get me to write a review. And wow. While I’ve been here before, today was special. Louise, Malachi, and Therecia, went above and beyond.Louise especially. That level of service is hard to come by. Especially when it’s authentic and genuine. I was a little dressed down today but that didn’t change their level of service.There was a small mishap with my food, and before I could even say anything, the bartender was able to notice all the way from the bar and got the attention of the manager. “Came here with my man for our 7 year anniversary, and this was our first time here. We had a great time! Very intimate, clean, staff was very attentive but not overbearing and respectful. I am a chef so I am very picky about the food that I eat but the food was amazing for us both and very appreciated the fact that we were asked if we had any allergies to specific ingredients! For our anniversary we were complimented with peach cheesecake which we thought was nice! Very impressed with this place and will be back again!“
“There wasn't a bad thing about this place. Had the stuffed shrimp for an appetizer, I had twin filet, wife had the bourbon salmon, kids had chicken strips and cheese burger. For desert we went with our servers recommended oreo cheesecake and it was all perfect. If I had to pick one thing I didn't like it would be that it's two hours from home. Our server Xavier was top notch and absolutely found his calling. He is what customer service is all about. You will not be disappointed.“
“Been a frequent visitor of Steak Market since it first launched in 2021 and their service has never failed . It gets better everytime . Took a couple of my work colleagues here last Saturday and they had a time . I love that they have the dinning room and the speakeasy area . Food is affordable and the music is 100/10 !!! Love it !! They have great hookah and great drinks too !! Loved the service . I’ll definitely recommend if you are looking for an upscale dinning and chill spot ! “Both times I've been in the past 5 months, the service has been great. I came for my birthday in December 2023, and then again with a friend in March 2024. Servers were attentive and friendly. Loved the food, but I would stick to the steaks and burgers, what's tried and true.“

“Hailee so nice always kept a smile on her face never irritated. Food pretty good chicken tenders amazing fries the best I would come here again on the weekends and honestly would just get fries. No chicken tenders. I left no crumbs for real but the bad part was the butter butter the honey butter actually the regular butter is amazing on the bread OK I had to mix the honey butter with the regular butter, so be soft enough so I can evenly be distributed on the bread.
