“Just tried the fish hot pot and wow—absolutely delicious! The spice level is perfect, bringing just the right amount of heat to complement the fresh fish and rich broth. If you’re a fan of spicy food, this is a must-try!”
“My husband and I just had lunch at the Buford location and what a hidden gem!!! The people were very friendly and the food was amazing! I’ve never had this type of fare before but oh my goodness! It was sooo good! We had a pollo empanada that was unlike any I’ve had before and a plantain dish I cannot remember the name of but it is probably my new favorite food so I need to figure it out 🤣 My husband had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich and inhaled it before I could even ask if he liked it. They’re very fast, very clean, very nice and the food is delicious! Do yourself a favor and check them out!”

“My favorite hot pot place ever! They have a great selection of meats and vegetables, and the soup is soup-er flavorful. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are extremely friendly! Everything is just perfection! A great place to get dinner with a partner or bring a large group of friends since it’s affordable and super high quality.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door and sitting complies with ADA accommodations.”
“There are a few locations that we go to for korean bbq but for this type of meal (organ meats) I have to say "GopChang On Fire" is our go to location. Great food options, great atmosphere, great service, and great owner that is always accommodating. If you were ever on the fence of trying organ bbq meats, I would highly recommend trying GopChang and making it your stable and standard. I don't think it could get any better then this.”
“After patronizing this wonderful restaurant for over 15 years it’s time to let my secret out. I lived in Korea for a year and haven’t experienced this level of authentic Korean freshness and hospitality since. The owner makes all the vegetable dishes she serves you herself…yes, she will be serving you personally. That includes the Kimchee and Doenjang (fermented soybean paste). The latter takes her 2 years to make!! I love the food and the warm service here so much that I have added this restaurant to my advanced directive…it’s my requested last meal, should I be so lucky. :-). Once you've eaten here you will understand why her walls are covered with "Best of Atlanta' awards dating back two decades.
Vegetarian options: The wonderful vegetable side dishes (Banchan) are the best part of eating here. And she is always creating something new and exciting.
Parking: Lots of free parking. :-)”

“This Michelin recommended spot did not disappoint! The hand pulled Chinese noodles and dumplings are simply to die for. I had the beef soup, which was filled with handmade noodles and tender beef. The Shanghai pan fried pork buns are insanely good as well. I will most definitely be returning to this staple of Buford Highway!”
“I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. While the service was exceptional, truly a 6 out of 5, with the young gentleman at the front being welcoming and the older gentleman in the back incredibly kind and polite, the pricing felt steep compared to similar options in the area.
For example, an 8-piece family fried chicken is priced at $30, and a 2-piece order costs $10, which is nearly double the cost of other halal spots nearby. Do note the chicken is of very good quality. Hormone free, vegetable fed and no antibiotics administered. During my visit, I ordered an 8-piece wings with fries. While the food was good, the dim lighting inside made the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy, and at first glance, I even thought the place might be closed.
That said, I really appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff. If they were to adjust the pricing a little bit and perhaps brighten up the space, this spot has great potential to become a local favorite.
Kid-friendliness: They really try to accommodate kids. Offered two free lays chips. Which is absolutely commendable. I appreciate that!”
“Overall, I would give it four stars. I ordered the tomato beef rice noodles (my friend did as well). The taste was good, but aside from the noodles, there wasn’t much meat or vegetables. Although it was filling, it didn’t feel very satisfying...emmm...but not bad (like medium level?) Also, the vegetables were the salad type, which felt a bit strange. The pudding milk tea tasted pretty average, at least I would say they can improve it. I might go back to try other flavors(?) Like spicy noodle or sour beef..My other friend recommended pairing it with fried chicken for a more satisfying meal.”

“Traditional Korean Food and Korean Barbecue. how many local Koreans and other Asians eating this restaurant. it is Korean owned and operated and when visiting you will feel like you are in South Korea.”
“Food was surprisingly flavorful. The seasoning reminds me of a high-end omakase or a 3-star Michelin star restaurant. The flavor balance is perfect. It's not like other places where they just cook the meat you order with zero flavoring, this place has a very good flavor. The chicken skin skewer. The pork belly skewer. The special beef skewer. Beef tendon skewer. Sweet and sour pork. The 1664 blanc beer. The assortment of drinks offered is very good. Great service. Hime made kimchee is a must order. I want to come here one a week forever. It's that good.”
“Party of 7 fit well with more than enough space in the large room. Well stocked bar and nice clean bathrooms.
While the karaoke books are convenient, they're not the most up to date with English songs. But plenty of options for Korean, Japanese, Chinese - I think I even saw Russian?
For more modern songs, the TV in our room could show YouTube, but be prepared to type a lot on the remote.
Overall a good middle cost karaoke place.”

“This restaurant has quickly become part of our weekly rotation, and for good reason! The food is consistently excellent. The Szechuan fish sauce dish is absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked fish with a flavorful, spicy kick. The beef with leeks and cilantro is another standout, with tender meat and fresh, aromatic flavors. The menu has plenty of variety, but these two dishes are our go-to favorites. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for delicious, authentic flavors!”
“'ve been craving mala for a hot minute, and this place was the closest one that I've heard lots of good things about. I tried taking pictures of the variety of noodles, vegetables, and meats they had- fairly diverse and to pick from. They didn't have frog legs, but had pork intestine, pork belly, beef, lamb, and other stuff I pictured. It was $13.99 per lb, includes this sauce and water stand, and has plenty of seating and free parking in the lot. Service was quick and kind, you pay after eating the meal. They have free wifi here too.
For my soup, I got the classical herbal beef bone broth at a level 2 for mild spicy. I wasn't sure if I should get the medium spicy, but next time I will because this was ordinary spice. The broth wasn't soupy and was kind of thick, with great flavor. I took the rest of it home, will come back to try the dry mala and more spicy!”
“Wassup world?! Back at my usual spot for pho & banh mi, but this time, my sis was the one craving it--not me. I wasn't really feeling it, so I just ate what she ordered. She got the large #1 combo pho, grilled pork with rice, combo banh mi, and Thai tea. Overall, this visit was a 7/10. If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive. Here's the breakdown: * #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh. * Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire. * Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Nothing too exciting. * Thai Tea - 7/10 Loved the tall drink container (super cute), but the tea wasn't that sweet, and the boba was just alright. Would I come back? Of course--this is still my spot! They stay open 'til 3AM, so it's always a solid late-night option. Guess it just depends on the day because different days = different flavors. Pull up and see for yourself!”
“The food exceeded expectations. The nigiri and shashimi slices were thicker than other places, fresh, and tender. Service was great as well.”
“We dined here the evening of 9/27/24 and left very impressed! Not only was the food great, but the two ladies who attended us were so gracious, kind, and attentive. If you've been to some of the other mainstays on Buford Highway, you'll know that service can sometimes be brusque and impatient. Not the case here! They really made us feel welcome.
We ordered the short ribs, tofu stew, and seafood pancake. Everything was tasty, but wow, that pancake was the star of the show. It's huge! I'm talking as thick as a deep dish pizza, lol. Also, it wasn't soggy from oil like they sometimes can be. Needless to say, we left full and happy, and we will be adding this to the Buford Highway rotation ?”

“Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants on Buford HWY! First I wasn’t sure if the chef was from Sichuan, but when I tasted a few key dishes, then I know he got it right. Later I found out the chef especially went to Sichuan for training! Great value for the $ and authentic taste - it’s a double win!”

“The tea is delicious, the ambience is great, and the music is fantastic! My son said the tea is a nice big size and the service was fast. He had the Thai milk tea. I had the strawberry matcha with oat milk. I love that they had alternative milks! We highly recommend Pearl's Tea.”
“A great dining experience for Korean food. Great service and delicious food. Will be back.”

“From the time you walk in you know you're in the right place. It smells so delicious and there are so many options to choose from. The owner was so sweet and my husband who doesn't even like sweets ordered a slice of tres leches (I ordered a whole cake lol). His slice didn't even make it out the store he loved it so much and the cake I got.... Well worth the extra time I have to put in at planet fitness. Will definitely be coming back.”
“Went to this place in Doraville, GA called Yebisuya where I had Omurice for the first time along with a Yebisuya Bun that I also got and tried for the first time. Omurice: although this wasn't the Omurice I was expecting this was definitely still a very delicious version. Underneath is a bed of fried rice that was just so good with an omelet layered on top of it. They give you 3 sauce choices Spicy Kewpie Mayo, Ketchup, and Tonkatsu sauce. I chose the spicy mayo which by the way wasn't spicy at all I could have ate a ton of that stuff with no problem and those that know me know I don't handle spice well lol. Yebisuya Bun: is basically a steamed bun with chicory, scallion, and I got it with Tonkatsu pork in it and yall when I tell yall I could have ate 10 of these bad boys. The bun was so soft and the filling was sooooo flavorful like you just have to try it. Go check these guys out the next time you're in Georgia or if you live in Georgia. 8.9/10 6035 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, Doraville, GA 30360”
“I stopped in to grab some pastries as a gift. Was surprised to see they had hot food. The cashier told me they had tacos and papusas. Say less. I got three papusas and 2 beautiful tacos. They were made from scratch so the wait was a bit long for the food. They communicated that and were apologetic.”
“My employer bought us lunch and I decided to use this to try this place with uber eats. I had the Fried Oysters and 1/2 lb of Crafish with hot/heavy seasonings. it was fantastic, and I plan to order from here again in the future.”
“Absolutely a traditional eating experience. Way more of a selection than most Japanese eateries and not to mention was a very cozy and inviting experience!”
“I wasn’t able to eat here but I will give 5 stars anyways because the food look mouth watering.
I was in the mood for a good lobster roll. I found this spot online, I thought it was in a building but quickly realized it is a food truck. So I wanted to give it a try. The address led me to the Atlanta Prep Kitchen space and unfortunately no one could help me. Oh well maybe when I have more time in Atlanta I can try one next time.”

“My first time here and it was a great experience. The owner was kind and patient, entertaining my million questions about the menu. He let me sample the chicken curry, goat curry, & even the fish & eggplant fish dish he made for staff lunch. The curry was delicious but too spicy for my tolerance level. I got the lamb kabab kati roll, garlic teriyaki wings & fried rice (lunch special), & vegetable samosa. Everything was made to order so it's hot and fresh. The kati roll was like a foot long. The flavor wasn't what I'm used to but I still inhaled it so no pics. I was too full to eat the rest. My only complaint is how hot and small the place was so it's not ideal for dine-in. Come with an open mind if you never had Deshi food before.”
“I had a great time visiting Tan-Cha!!
The overall atmosphere was quite pleasing due to the simple but cute decor as well as the cleanliness🙌🏾
Customer service was great, we were a bit indecisive when ordering but the woman who took our order was very patient and gave us plenty of recommendations.
We didn’t order any food unfortunately. As for the drinks they were delicious and refreshing, you’re definitely going to be paying around $7-10 alone and that’s just for a drink but I will say that’s pretty standard pricing for these cafes
Overall I had a great time and I will definitely be returning to try more of their unique drinks

“The girls serve you excellently, they are very friendly, the food is delicious. I love that the menu has photos and it is very easy to choose because we can see what it is about, and the waitresses explain to you if you have questions about any ingredient, you can feel the Peruvian style in the dishes, my favorites are the wanton soups with shrimp and the pork ribs with salt and pepper, are very divine and all the dishes are large, good portions.
Parking: It's big and free
Kid-friendliness: There are dishes that children can eat
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, you can be comfortable at the tables”
“We were recently a group of 11 people to eat and talk to this place and I want to highlight the good service we received from a girl who was our waitress (young, trigue ñ a, from brackets, I do not remember their name) their attentionAnd charisma and of course good food makes us want to return once more. The good should also highlight it.Success and to this place. “New BEST Banh Mi in town! Newly opened and and lots of DELICIOUS FLAVORS no others can rival! Located on BuHi next to the well known Tea House Formosa, you will find a newly established Banh Mi shop. Not only am I impressed with the menu, the meat to topping ratio, and the baguette is light, fluffy and fresh JUST LIKE in VIETNAM. As if that was not enough, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIAL SAUCE, a sweet and tangy explosión of flavor. The Banh Mi sizes offered are diverse and ready to serve any client ranging from the Banh Mi craver that wants to limit bread intake (stick), the Now and Later that likes to eat half now and save half for later because you weren't that hungry (Regular), and the BiG EyE eater who orders TWO to finish 1 1/2 (Challenger). The challenger wasn't available yet, but I look forward to one day enjoying an airy inside and crunchy outside Challenger sized Banh Mi! Now finally, To the nitty gritty I ordered the - Be Grilled Pork (original) -Glazed Chicken (original) - Teriyaki Chicken (stick) They were all mouth watering and have me wanting more... the texture was crunchy, full of flavor, and the perfect egg butter glazed inside providing the perfect balance.”

“This food here was amazing & huge portions for the price. We had the chicken fried rice, combination lo mein, and the lamb chops. They also gave us watermelon to finish our meal. Our waitress Luu was so sweet with my 3yo who can be picky. 10/10 would recommend.”
“We have ordered wings from this location several times and they are on point every time. The Manager was very professional and curious, thanks again from Gravity Autos Atlanta.”
“Very delicious, everything I recommend, this is the second time I come to this place, I came for two 2 years, I loved it and I came back again this year, I give it u. 10”
“Absolutely loved this hidden gem in Doraville! The lamb skewers were juicy and flavorful, and the Guo Bao Rou (crispy sweet & sour pork) was hands-down the best I've had in years. Also loved the cold noodles with pickled veggies--super refreshing! Great drink options like fruity soju and honey pomelo tea. Perfect spot for groups too--they have big tables and even private rooms. Will definitely be back!”
