I tried the sweet and sour wings, which are made to order, and from what I've heard, their lemon-pepper wings are the stuff of legend, as they have been featured in Bon Appetit' twice! I also enjoyed their Lamb Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The lamb had a spicy kick, and the rice was flavorful and tasty. Will definitely be back for other dishes!”

“I’d been to this place multiple times and I’ve noticed sometimes on certain days at night 杨国福 is very busy on the weekdays like tonight for Yangguofu is definitely hits the spot when you are craving for Malatang. 杨国福 hits the spot when you get or have the chance to have Malatang with friends, family etc. I’d only come here for certain times at night when it’s early or late at night to buy to go for take out to take it home to eat for dinner time.”

I swear he must have dropped out of the ceiling like he was secretly watching us while baby sitting the crabs up there secretly selecting the ones he knew we would choose! It was very slow when we went around lunch time and 2 boil bags of crab and shrimp took about 15 minutes tops! The host was pretty cool and more so a yes and no type of person but we received what we needed I must say. The food was great, in my opinion. The atmosphere is awesome and the decor is pretty cool. I felt like I was at a premier for deadliest catch that airs on TV. This was regarding my most recent visit. I would say run to this place, don’t walk! Check them out. I would tell them to go easy on the garlic though. That’s it. It’s veryyyyy clean. Tell them I sent you!”

“Wassup world?! Back at my usual spot for pho & banh mi, but this time, my sis was the one craving it--not me. I wasn't really feeling it, so I just ate what she ordered. She got the large #1 combo pho, grilled pork with rice, combo banh mi, and Thai tea. Overall, this visit was a 7/10. If you've been here before, you already know how the service is--servers running around like crazy, but they're super attentive. Here's the breakdown: * #1 Pho Combo - 6/10 The broth was kinda bland that night. Usually, it hits, but this time? Meh. * Grilled Pork Plate - 9/10 Perfectly seasoned and grilled just right. Pair it with the pickled carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and fish sauce? Absolute fire. * Combo Banh Mi - 6/10 Ehh, it was just okay. Nothing too exciting. * Thai Tea - 7/10 Loved the tall drink container (super cute), but the tea wasn't that sweet, and the boba was just alright. Would I come back? Of course--this is still my spot! They stay open 'til 3AM, so it's always a solid late-night option. Guess it just depends on the day because different days = different flavors. Pull up and see for yourself!”

“I went here with my mother around noon this Tuesday. We ordered two Roti Canai (one each) and the Kari Fish Fillet. The curry sauce was absolutely delicious, creamy, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the roti. I also liked that the sauce had more than just liquid. It included a piece of potato and chicken. I always love eating the potato once I'm done with my roti.

The Kari Fish was good as well, though the vegetables in it were a bit overripe. I appreciate that each table had its own water jug, so we didn’t have to ask the server for refills as often.
I used to eat at Mamak frequently before quarantine, but since moving farther away, I don’t visit as often. I’m glad to say it’s still just as good as I remembered.

I also recommend trying the Rendang Beef, the meat is very tender, and the rich sauce tastes amazing with rice.”

“My husband and I just had lunch at the Buford location and what a hidden gem!!! The people were very friendly and the food was amazing! I’ve never had this type of fare before but oh my goodness! It was sooo good! We had a pollo empanada that was unlike any I’ve had before and a plantain dish I cannot remember the name of but it is probably my new favorite food so I need to figure it out 🤣 My husband had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich and inhaled it before I could even ask if he liked it. They’re very fast, very clean, very nice and the food is delicious! Do yourself a favor and check them out!”

“I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, it fell a bit short for me. While the service was exceptional, truly a 6 out of 5, with the young gentleman at the front being welcoming and the older gentleman in the back incredibly kind and polite, the pricing felt steep compared to similar options in the area.

For example, an 8-piece family fried chicken is priced at $30, and a 2-piece order costs $10, which is nearly double the cost of other halal spots nearby. Do note the chicken is of very good quality. Hormone free, vegetable fed and no antibiotics administered. During my visit, I ordered an 8-piece wings with fries. While the food was good, the dim lighting inside made the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy, and at first glance, I even thought the place might be closed.

That said, I really appreciate the effort and hospitality of the staff. If they were to adjust the pricing a little bit and perhaps brighten up the space, this spot has great potential to become a local favorite.

As if that was not enough, THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIAL SAUCE, a sweet and tangy explosión of flavor. The Banh Mi sizes offered are diverse and ready to serve any client ranging from the Banh Mi craver that wants to limit bread intake (stick), the Now and Later that likes to eat half now and save half for later because you weren't that hungry (Regular), and the BiG EyE eater who orders TWO to finish 1 1/2 (Challenger). The challenger wasn't available yet, but I look forward to one day enjoying an airy inside and crunchy outside Challenger sized Banh Mi! “Went to this place in Doraville, GA called Yebisuya where I had Omurice for the first time along with a Yebisuya Bun that I also got and tried for the first time. Omurice: although this wasn't the Omurice I was expecting this was definitely still a very delicious version. Underneath is a bed of fried rice that was just so good with an omelet layered on top of it. They give you 3 sauce choices Spicy Kewpie Mayo, Ketchup, and Tonkatsu sauce. I chose the spicy mayo which by the way wasn't spicy at all I could have ate a ton of that stuff with no problem and those that know me know I don't handle spice well lol. Yebisuya Bun: is basically a steamed bun with chicory, scallion, and I got it with Tonkatsu pork in it and yall when I tell yall I could have ate 10 of these bad boys. The bun was so soft and the filling was sooooo flavorful like you just have to try it. The jokbal was tender, flavorful, and came with all the right sides for wraps, while the soft tofu stew was hot, silky, and perfectly seasoned to enjoy with rice. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, just like food from back home🥰 The atmosphere was cozy, the service was kind, and overall it felt like a truly authentic Korean dining experience. “This is a bakery kitchen at the back of a shopping center with no real storefront. This bakery packages their goods to be sold at various Asian grocery stores around Atlanta. Coming to this location allows you to pick freshly packaged delicious breads. If you will get discouraged from stepping foot in and seeing a bakery kitchen, please shop elsewhere. For everyone else, this is a true hidden gem for fresh bread.”

“One of the best Colombian restaurants in Atlanta, the place is very nice with great decor and ambiance. The food's flavor is very authentic and truly Colombian. The staff is very attentive and mostly attended by Colombians. You definitely have to try it. The prices are quite acceptable. Just be sure to check your receipt since they charge the tip, and if you don't notice it, when you pay with a card and sign the voucher, it will show that the tip was not included.
I would only suggest to the administration that the music be more Colombian and that the person in charge of clearing the dirty dishes be more friendly with the customers since every time they pass by, it seems like they are looking to see if they will be given something.”
