“4.0 was a fun spot for my guests and I to try while in the area! They have lots of unique and special drinks compared to a few nearby alternative shops, as well as a few dessert snacks available. They have great ice cream too, which is a hard find for boba shops and a great option for these hot months! The interior was very nice and clean, a great vibe for us to sit and hang out for a while. The restrooms were unfortunately not well stocked, but that is my only complaint.“

“Came for lunch on a rainy Thursday. Not busy. Only two people working and we had five orders, so it took a little time. Menu was confusing, and the video boards are not consistent with the printed menus, so it was hard to figure out what was really available. Some items were not available: Korean BBQ area is under renovation (!?), one spicy ramen option. We did order 1 bubble tea (4/5), 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen (5/5), 3 poke bowls (4.5/5), 1 calamari appetizer (4/5). Service was a little slow and all at the counter - not sure why I tipped so much as we even bussed our own trays. Overall, food was the star and the rest of the experience was just okay. Also, restroom was blocked off due to renovation.“

This is also one of the very first places I've visited that have spam musubi so I was very intrigued to order it. Glad to say that I did since it was very tasty. “Drinks were sooo good. I came here like 3 years ago and remembered about this place. Employees were nice offering recommendations and greeting us out. Love their menu and really clean place. We ended up getting seconds because we chugged our drinks. Wasn’t a fan of the taro toppings though, but the brown sugar with cream cheese was sooo good. I’m pretty sure I felt it spike my blood sugar so that means it’s perfect.“

If I'm in the Jusgo Supermarket food court, then I must get a tea here. I've been visiting Vivi since the late 1990s in NYC. The quality and consistency are the same at all locations.

This specific location has delicious Taiwanese snacks also. Even though their teas are more of a Hong Kong flavor to me.

My favorites are:

“I went this place for the first time last thursday, ordered Brown sugar boba tea and fried tofu, my favorite asian treat sesame balls.

L size drink was gigantic and the brown sugar flavor was strong; however, the boba pearls weren't so chewy but rather soft and melty. The tofu was flavorful & crunchy, and the sesame balls were great as usual.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!It’s great that now instead of walking so far just to get mediocre boba in the food court, there’s a much closer one that is sat right in the middle of the mall!!I was walking around lenox shopping for christmas and i wanted something refreshing and this place caught my eye with the menu and even the display cups they had on top!The line was really really long but they have really fast service so i would give them a plus for that. I was up next to order and the cashier greeted everyone with a smile and was helping answering any questions the customers had. I didn’t know what i wanted so she helped me decide and i will say that no matter what u are craving for, they will always have it! Whether if it was off the menu or on.i don’t remember what she had put in for me since i told her to just go ahead and give me what’s good but it was SOo delicious!! “I've been here a couple times and I've never been disappointed. Well when I say I've been a couple times I usually add it as a bundle to my Uber Eats. The tea is really good and a big serving which is good considering the price. I love any of the Box cakes and the tiger roll. “I’m not sure if this place is new or if I just never noticed it in the plaza but so glad I tried it ! This place is more similar to a self-serve restaurant. Chowbus QR codes are on the tables to order and pay, water station is complimentary, and there is a counter to grab to-go containers, utensils, and napkins. The decor inside feels like I’m on a C-drama set following a cute modern couple.

Food-wise, I will definitely be coming back for the cucumber salad, chicken skewers, and malatang! The Chinese skewers taste similar to ones you’d get at a Chinese skewer spot or skewer hot pot place. The beef malatang flavor reminds me of satay flavor, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. (Not the usual malatang flavor but still very delicious) The braised beef noodles were okay for me but you get a hefty portion of the beef. (I personally prefer this type of soup paired with the Chinese pickled mustard greens, iykyk) The portions here are generous so come hungry ? I didn’t order boba here like some people did just because I wanted to try the food here and there are other boba options nearby. But overall, great place to eat on a rainy or cold day !“
