I order a slush at this location 3-4 times a week and always order online and come thru the drive thru. Today I sat in the drive thru for 5-10 minutes just for the woman at the window to tell me she can’t give me my order thru the drive thru that I have to pull around into a stall. I guess the policy changed. However, good customer service would have gave me the order and let me know next time pull in a stall as our policies have changed.
