“I went this place for the first time last thursday, ordered Brown sugar boba tea and fried tofu, my favorite asian treat sesame balls.

L size drink was gigantic and the brown sugar flavor was strong; however, the boba pearls weren't so chewy but rather soft and melty. The tofu was flavorful & crunchy, and the sesame balls were great as usual.

Overall, I liked it and intend to return.“

“First time here. Good service and wide variety of drinks. The interior was so cute and pretty with the lights and pink. There’s so many drinks series that the menu comes off a bit messy, but the drinks were great. I got the strawberry funnel less sweet and it’s the perfect sweetness. Boba was soft and tasted great. “The parking was easy but it is a plaza with different shops and restaurants nearby so it will get busy. May want to arrive early. When you first walk in, you can see the tables and if there is availability. It's a first come first served. When you enter on the wall there are figures to pick what you want to paint, with a price on the bottom written in pencil. Once you make the selection you take it to the register where you can also order a drink or snacks like fries. Then you can get a table and grab your supplies (paint, brushes, they give you a tray and water cup), once done, there's an area to set it to be glazed. Fair warning the paintbrushes are not too clean and there are not fine ones, if you're a perfectionist this will bother you if you want nice even lines or fill small sections. If you don't want to test your date's patience or perfectionist tendencies, don't go here, it is a nice place to paint and relax and have a genuinely good time. Kids do like to come and paint thus it is loud and there is music playing. The bathrooms are unisex and clean.“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“Their Salt & Pepper Chicken& Sausage Bento is both delicious and a great value. I chose the Salt & Pepper Chicken (Sichuan style), and the spicy flavor combined with the crispy texture made every bite juicy and satisfying. The Taiwanese sausage was fragrant and tasty, and the braised pork rice was packed with rich meaty flavor. The box also came with two pieces of my favorite takoyaki and some sweet corn, which made the meal feel really complete. Super satisfying!“

“Small place with limited seating options. We were the only ones in the store when we came in to try some drinks. Drinks were made in less than 5 mins. We got their brown sugar milk expresso and pink guava fruit tea. The espresso is perfectly balanced between slight bitterness and its sweet boba. The pink guava is refreshing and hard to mess up.“

“I've been here a couple times and I've never been disappointed. Well when I say I've been a couple times I usually add it as a bundle to my Uber Eats. The tea is really good and a big serving which is good considering the price. I love any of the Box cakes and the tiger roll. The fruit is really fresh and flavorful and usually the flavors are well balanced. I appreciate that they try and add new things to the menu.“

“Rolled the dice based on reviews found on Google. The area felt a bit sketchy at night but next to a police station. The staff was excellent, served quickly, food was great and the price was good.“

“I’m not sure if this place is new or if I just never noticed it in the plaza but so glad I tried it ! This place is more similar to a self-serve restaurant. Chowbus QR codes are on the tables to order and pay, water station is complimentary, and there is a counter to grab to-go containers, utensils, and napkins. The decor inside feels like I’m on a C-drama set following a cute modern couple.

Food-wise, I will definitely be coming back for the cucumber salad, chicken skewers, and malatang! The Chinese skewers taste similar to ones you’d get at a Chinese skewer spot or skewer hot pot place. The beef malatang flavor reminds me of satay flavor, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. (Not the usual malatang flavor but still very delicious) The braised beef noodles were okay for me but you get a hefty portion of the beef. (I personally prefer this type of soup paired with the Chinese pickled mustard greens, iykyk) The portions here are generous so come hungry ? I didn’t order boba here like some people did just because I wanted to try the food here and there are other boba options nearby. But overall, great place to eat on a rainy or cold day !“

“Amazing! I got the viral banana pudding on their matcha & ube ice cream and I was obsessed. I’m not a huge fan of banana but still really enjoyed this dessert. Also love how the sweetness is not overpowering.
It’s also a beautiful little cafe. Can’t wait to come back and try their other options😋“

“Was so happy to find a bakery with the buns I used to buy in China Town (Vancouver, BC and Manhattan, NY), but be aware this spot is inside the market! That's not very clear on Google Maps.We tried the pineapple buns (filled and unfilled) and coconut buns, and they were delicious.“
