“The service was fantastic, is my daughter today, so we went there see if they giving out anything for the birthday, (kids love to do this) so we show up , but I don’t know if that’s because I just sign up the account for her or they don’t do anything like this anymore, we didn’t got any from our phone app, but the gentleman work in the front was super nice, he give two of my kids ice cream and wish her a happy birthday! This is so sweet! I definitely recommend the service even though I didn’t buy anything today. But anytime I’m hungry for McDonald’s I will stop by there! Thank you so much for making my girls smile!“
“This is the best customer service McDonald’s in Metro Atlanta. I mainly go to the drive-through; they have the nicest people taking my order and handing me my food.
Their Friendliness and smiles are contagious, and they make me feel good about visiting this McDonald's.

“I want to say that I just witnessed a worker I believe by the name of Jessica help out some McDonald customers translate. And I need to really aplaude her customer service she goes above and beyond. She didn’t need to do that but went out of her way to make sure the the customer was happy. Because “customer is always right” after all. She was also the one to attend me at the window in drive thru and she made sure my drink was made right. On the other hand, her coworker has an ugly attitude and appeared to report her for helping with the translating. She was also the one who told me I couldnt get whipped cream on my ice coffee because I “didn’t pay for it” after I had asked for some in the speaker thru drive thru and they didn’t get my order right. JESSICA was the one who made sure I got my whipped cream and apologized for the mix up. Her co-worker is TOXIC and needs to learn to be more like JESSICA!“
“The place when I came in was very clean and quiet how I like it. The service was amazing and to top it off the food was hot and very enjoyable. And the best part besides the clean area, the was the wait wasn’t bad!! Coming back for sure, Great job McDonald’s!!!“
