“I visited this cozy little restaurant and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere. The assorted pepper soup and beans with fried plantain were both delicious and well-prepared. However, the service was a bit clumsy, as only one person was serving all the customers, which made things a bit slow and disorganized. The owner came out to assist at some point, and she was very pleasant and welcoming. That said, they definitely need more hands on deck to improve efficiency and service flow. With better staffing, this place could really shine.“

“LISTEN TO ME!!! The people did not like lie, this food is sooo good!! I read the reviews and decided to go see myself. I ordered the catfish, collard greens, Mac and cheese and sweet yams. My stomach is so thankful!! My intentions were to take the food home to eat but once I took a look in the plate I decide to just take a lil taste...oh baby baby, wrong move! My behind sat my purse down and went to town on this plate and I am not one to usually sit and eat in order to go places. If you got an itch for some real soul food, you won't be disappointed at all!!! I used Suthern Cluck to cater a meal for 48 people (my son’s theater group) and it was raved about for weeks! They are the best at all they do and they do it with a superior execution! “I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“Food is good but they are mostly out of burgers which is a disappointment, overall good and friendly service.Be aware menu on Grubhub is not correct. French Fries are mentioned on Grubhub, they don't serve French fries at all. Please call to place order.
