“The service was wonderful. The steaks were delicious. I ordered the red snapper and it was a small portion for the price and the fish was overcooked. I could only eat 1/4 of it but it had a nice flavor. I would not recommend ordering fish here.“

Bobby was our tip top waiter and we had awesome steak tartare and chicken paillard. Martinis were generous and dessert was off the charts with the lemon pie! “Firebirds is always consistent and gives the higher end feel without the sticker shock. Deviled eggs very good. Love the candied bacon in these... Couldn't empty a glass before we had a refill... EVER. Excellent attentive service. Entrees all good. My tomahawk pork chop a bit charred, but didn't affect flavor or tenderness. Charred carrots wonderful, as were port mushrooms. In and out in a reasonable time allowing us to make our movie in time. Always satisfied with this place.“

The restaurant staff (Marin, Xiaowei, and Netsanet- sorry for spelling!) are wonderful, the front desk staff are always helpful and welcoming. My little one knows all their names, and they know hers too! She’s always greeted warmly and with love! We love the indoor pool and hot tub for the kids especially! It’s been a great, SAFE place for us and we’re sad to leave soon!“

“Food was great. Service could have been better.
I got up to use the bathroom as they were bringing my tables food out. The restroom break was all of 5 minutes. I returned to my food and my steak was just a bit cold. I let my server know and could loudly hear them in the kitchen blaming me because I went to the bathroom. My entire table waited to eat their food until I returned. No one else’s food was cold. Unprofessional but did not let it ruin the evening.“

“It is RARE (no pun intended) that I order a steak out and it come anywhere close to what I can do at home. However, leave it to Longhorn to come through in the clutch! I ordered a ribeye "Pittsburgh medium-rare" and it was perfect! Nice char on the outside, nice pink on the inside. No Heinz 57 needed.

A big table celebrating a birthday was obnoxiously loud and a baby behind us kept slamming dishes on the table so a bit annoying. Not really the restaurant's fault.“
