The spice didn’t just burn; it had depth, which made each bite a mix of pain and pleasure (in the best way possible).

To balance things out, I also ordered a side of chicken, and this was where Hattie B’s really won me over. The crispy, golden-brown skin had the perfect crunch, and the seasoning was on point—flavorful without being overwhelming. If you’re someone who loves spice but doesn’t want to go overboard, I’d probably recommend going a step down from “spicy” on the heat scale.
