“Didn’t catch a name but the girl in the drive thru today was so friendly which in recent times is a breath of fresh air. Most of the time I pick up fast food in the Ellenwood area on my lunch break and people barely respond to you when speaking. My bag had all my food, napkins, and ketchup without me requesting. “I heard about The Black Coffee Company from someone this morning because they knew I was looking for a space to do some work with good coffee. I immediately drove over and when I tell you Crystal made me the Killer Mike and she made it a little sweet for me and Brianna topped my taste buds off with the avocado toast with everything on it. This is my new favorite spot. The music is great, not too loud that you can’t work but just right. I highly recommend them. They are a whole vibe.“

“One of my favorite cafes in Atlanta. Always a great coffee and breakfast sandwich. One of their staple characteristics is that every meal comes with a melody of assorted fruits. I am biased because they do offer our high quality acai straight from brazil . Moreover, I do what i do because I get to partner with the bet establishments in the city of Atlanta! Here we come ! Make sure to visit, and bring your laptop or a book, the playlist will be guaranteed to keep you a little while longer and the super rare antiques abundantly spread across the cafe will have you scheduling your next visit. Lastly, the people who work at Jpresso and those that frequent it for a nice time are all great. Make sure to make a friend. Hapeville has a winner with this one!“

“Delicious! I got the Tropical Sunset refresher, which was marvelous, and my husband got the Caramel Expresso Delight. Both were wonderful! We got three bagels to share, all of which were great. Try the pizza bagel! My drink was incorrect originally but they resolved it immediately. Definitely recommend!“

“Perfect caramel cappuccino by the guy with silver fingernails. I think he made it maybe it was the guy with red vans. Anyway had the strawberry rhubarb that had a cool honeycomb shape. Both were really high quality. Impressed. Quiet relaxing chill environment for getting work done.

“Go for the coffee, stay for the mushroom quiche. Theres a certain level of expectation that comes from neighborhood coffee shops in nicer parts of Atlanta, sure. What's not necessarily expected is people who enjoy their job and who serve exquisite morning pastries. This mushroom quiche took a normal morning at a coffee shop and turned it into a memorable occurrence. I will now crave this pastry in the recesses of my mind: it has forever raised the bar for breakfast dining. I recommended to the very nice owners that they keep serving this pastry.

“Awesome place. Great vibe. Yummy espresso, flavors, and food. Chicken Caesar wrap and hummus hit the spot. Artist market in the courtyard/outdoor dining area was lovely. Bought a lino-cut print from Gigi. Such a lovely experience. Was walking the .5k at the Wheelbarrow Festival and hanging out waiting for my hunny to play his gig. The employee said “I’m gonna make it now” - after 15 minutes passed. The food arrived maybe 25 minutes later after we ordered.“

“I’ve been going to Buteco for years — their cocktail menu is solid and the bartenders are always super helpful. Their small bites are DIVINE (chicken coxinhas, maduros, yucca fries) but their birria tacos make me lose sleep. They’re SO good! It’s also a cute and safe neighborhood to walk around. Please make sure to taste your drink if they have a new employee making it because several times I left this location and my order wasn’t quite right but when it’s done right it is really good!“

It came out hot. Well seasoned, crispy skin. Belgium waffles with a crisp on the edges and a moist center. Topped with fresh strawberries and pecans. Assorted syrups were available. I will return.“

“I absolutely love this deli style restaurant because it’s in a gym that throws you off how good the theme taste because you wouldn’t believe the food would taste good and still be healthy. The service is wonderful as always. You have to expect to wait on the food a little bit depending on what you order That’s be expected because the food is made and is super healthy when I do is to order ahead of time and then by the time I’m done My food is aswell. I give this place for 10 out of 10 as far as baseball, especially when it comes to smoothies in their wraps“

“This is great neighborhood addition. Everything in the store is made or created by a woman or minority. Co-Owner and jewelry maker Courtney has a gem on her hand. It is dog friendly and sells treats. The shopping has everything from jewelry to pottery to shirts and mugs. I had the iced Latte and a sweet potato muffin from Sweet Auburn Bakery. A must try excellent service and great company. I will be back!“

“They have the Best Donut Holes or Munchkins which ever you choose to call them. I just suggest you go and try them. I buy six dozen at a time for my Son's on teachers and boy do they be dancing when they see me coming with that box. Please please please go try them. I bought 2 dozen one morning on my way to the Gym and ate all 2 dozen before I arrived there and had a nerve to look around in my truck like someone else was in there and had eaten the Donut Holes but that's how good they are .SMH😮😊😂👍💯

“This is my favorite location. I’ve been coming here for three years. I ordered the same thing most of the time and the staff here are very nice. They recognize the regulars and are always friendly. “I work in this building, so unfortunately I'm always in here buying lattes instead of saving money by making my own coffee like the boomers tell us we should.

Anyway, it's a Starbucks, it does what Starbucks does. It's clean and well-stocked. But the employees are exceptional - always energetic and friendly and they've never made a mistake on my drink. Going in for a smile and a caffeine boost is an excellent way to take a break from work.“
