I got a marble cake for my son’s first birthday and the chocolate she uses is not too much and its MORE than enough cake with how many tiers she puts, so make sure you have at least 20 people because a half a sheet cake will be more than enough. But all in all everyone loved it and I will always order from her in the future.“

🏆 The leadership here clearly sets the tone for that amazing service. Dwayne, the manager, is a fantastic leader who knows how to engage with customers and run a happy, cohesive team that creates a genuinely positive atmosphere.

🍲 As for the menu, the chef is an absolute genius. I had the seasonal Miso Crunch Grain Bowl, and it was everything you want a dish to be: healthy, filling, perfectly balanced, and packed with a serious depth of flavor.

🍸 And, the cocktails! Oscar, the savant mixologist who designs the drink menu, has truly outdone himself with unique, creative, and balanced flavors. Boxcar has an excellent craft beer menu, but you must try their cocktails as well because they are divine.

🍹Kristi, our bartender, crafted them to absolute perfection. Do yourself a favor and order the Toasted Coconut Margarita, it is literally a tropical island getaway in a glass.🤪

“Super yummy. Food to rave about. So so good. I got the bottomless coffee. I was in the mood for pancakes with fruit and the photos looked good on google. I got the pancakes with bananas and pecans. The syrup was hot and everything just melted in my mouth. I also ordered the shrimp and grits as it is a southern specialty. I wasn't super impressed with the dish in the past at other restaurants, but the photos looked promising. Bluebird's shrimp and grits with cheese was savory, with slightly sweet shrimp, great texture, and I loved the dish. I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all but still wanted the experience and to try it and took the extra to go. The decor was eclectic and whimsical. I loved the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend supporting this business or bring friends here. You can't get food made like this in a chain. Glad I chose to stop here today. There is a 20% tip added to the bill so expect that when you go. I normally tip at least 20% anyway and tipped more this time.“

“My fellow traveler and I stopped by on our way home to Virginia. It was a long day of travel, delayed flights, we just wanted to sit down and chill. We didn’t expect much out of an airport restaurant… But we were both blown away. Our server, Tarvis, was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. The BLT with bacon jam, and the rice pudding with cinnamon and peaches was superb. (I could’ve eaten a whole jar of the bacon jam.) Tarvis, thank you for making two weary travelers leave your restaurant with pep in their step Keep on shining your light. And to any traveler who is leery of a place that serves a hamburger and a sushi roll… Fear not. This place is great.“

“We just left about 2 hours ago and the food was amazing ! But our server JOHN was phenomenal. He was so attentive to each of his tables and all his customers and their needs . He spoke clearly and gave his recommendation on the white pizza I believe is the name and man was he right , it was delicious 🤤 . “love it here food is delicious the service is usually great very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, if you want to keep this reputation you need to fire Sherita. I just got a bowl and she was cursing me out under her breath and called me weird for asking for extra sauce rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth. I asked if she was having a bad day and if there was something wrong she immediately changed her tune. She was rude to the person in front of me too. I don’t know what her issue is but everyone else here is super great. the other person working was very apologetic for her behavior. This is a great establishment and addition to the neighborhood but this woman is going to ruin your business.“

“I have to share with you how marvelous the staff at Your Pie are. I ordered my usual custom pizza on the app, but had some trouble before I could get it to go through. When I got there, the young lady asked me if I really intended to order a cheese pizza--because that is what came through--but she knew that I usually get something much more elaborate... SO, they didn't do the cheese pizza, but waited for me to come, so they could check first. I was SO STUNNED AND GRATEFUL that they pay such close attention to their customers! I didn't mind a bit waiting while they fixed my usual pizza for me. What kind, kind people!!!!“
