What a beautiful place! Amazing setting for a winery and for many kinds of events. The only reason for the 4 stars that walk down to the venue was steep and rough for my wife and I. The staff was amazing, a gentleman was wheelchair bound while we were there, and the staff assisted the family to and from. Beautiful site! Enjoy wine in the heart of the Appalachians!I love the vision and investment going on for the event center etc. Roo has an amazing setting. Gorgeous views. I like Engleheim and Fainting Goat for views and wine, but I can't wait to come back in Summer and in fall to see Roo.Regarding the wines, the whites are great. Reds are slightly above average for Georgia reds. I'm not a fan of Georgia Reds in general. I liked there's better than many I've tasted.I don't...read full review

Great getaway for adults to enjoy some downtime without the noise and raucous nature that we saw at other vineyards around that area. We had a wine flight on a picturesque overlook of rolling hills with our own heater and comfortable seating. Our servers were well versed in the products and very friendly, even close to closing time. This place was very well thought out and we greatly appreciated the kid-free environment. We look forward to visiting again.
