“The hospitality guy and another young man that was wiping the tables (didn't catch their names) were so helpful!!! I needed a little extra help to get in and out of the restaurant due to a handicap. The young man told me that he would help me when it was time for me to leave and he did. The older gentleman brought our food to the table and made sure we had all we needed. Then, just like he said, when it was time to leave, the young man held one door open and the older man held The other.
They helped me in a situation that could've gotten a little stressful!!!
Way to go guys!! All McDonald's should take note of this one and how it's running. You definitely made a difference for us! Thank you!“
