“A hidden gem 💎. They just specialize in birria meat. Very well seasoned Mexican food. I could eat this everyday. I tried the ramen 🍜 , the quesadilla, and tacos. Personally, I'd rank tacos#1 , ramen#2 than quesadilla. But everything was really good. Looking forward to trying out the Nachos next time. Service was good as well. The staff and owner very polite.“

“Excellent food and service. Will be back for sure. We were looking for a place to eat in the neighborhood and stopped in. What a gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent and the serve even better. Another note - we were offered the tres leches. The server told us it was the best tres leches she had ever had. Being of Cuban descent, I told that I have had a lot of tres leches in my life. She assured me I would approve? Approve? There isn't a tres leches in Miami that can beat this one. It was absolutely delicious.“

“This is definitely one of my go to places for Taco Tuesday. It just can't be beat. I need to branch out and try some other things. Service for the most part is always really good and food comes out fast.
I've had a few adult beverages and they seem a little on the weak side. Of course, this is just my opinion.
Overall, I enjoy visited this place and the staff is always nice and professional.“

“5 stars food was awesome! Some of the best most authentic Mexican food. Don’t let the ambience fool you their food was amazing. I would 100% go back. Al pastor tacos were very good! Can’t wait to try other stuff. Also the price you can’t beat it.“
“Highly recommend Lupita’s food truck if you are looking for some AUTHENTIC Mexican Food. 🇲🇽 It’s 5 minutes off Interstate 75. The food is AUTHENTIC and delicious. They have a few picnic tables to enjoy your food. We tried the birria tacos, torta, sopes, and taquitos and some chiles Torreados 🤌🏼 . They also have aguas frescas. 🍹“

“Right off the gas station lot but doesn't taste like it. Birria taco made everything else on the tray feel like a warm-up act. Crispy shell, meat soaked in flavor, cheese melting out the edges. That broth--full of body, not just greasy or salty like a lot of places try to get away with. Steak taco was tender, didn't need anything extra. Chicken didn't wow me, but it held its own.
Torta came out like a full commitment. Soft bread, still toasty, avocado stacked thick, jalapeños didn't hold back. Fries not special but hot and seasoned. Quesadilla looked basic but was packed--more meat than expected, cheese actually stretchy. Wings felt like a curveball. Didn't need 'em, but lemon pepper slapped.
Nothing felt overdone or gimmicky. Just straight good food. Quick service, no attitude. Not trying to impress, just feeding you right. I'd go back tomorrow.“
“Quaint authentic Mexican restaurant. Having lived 6 years in Mexico, I know authentic! I ordered the Torta Regia. LOADED with refried beans, pineapple, country fried thin steak, lettuce, tomato, avacado, jalapeño, and panela cheese. SO GOOD!Very friendly staff. Google says they're open until 9pm. We showed up just before 8. We realized they were closing after we ordered, but they were super friendly and not annoyed at us. All the staff wore masks, and wore them PROPERLY. Very happy about that. We don't live in Gainesville, but we will come back!!“

“A quick snack that turned into an actual meal. We had 4 gorditas (potato and ground beef, chorizo, pork, and chicken). It was a bit messy bc of miscommunication with the lettuce and everything being on the side instead of inside. But it still tasted good. Definitely will recommend if you're in the Gainesville area...“
“My friends and I went to celebrate a birthday. The service and food was amazing. Not realizing it was bingo night(Wednesdays) we had a blast playing. I can’t recommend this place more we had a great time. The staff was friendly and attentive.“

“Although I really WANT to like it, as Mexican is my favorite type of food and they have a great selection of items with fresh ingredients, I’m usually disappointed by the execution. I hate to be that guy but it’s always overcooked, too greasy, or not seasoned enough and the beans in particular taste like water and definitely come from a can. Everybody inside is very nice so I’m not leaving a low star review but the food definitely needs some improvement. Especially when you’re paying $15 or more per person. It’s disappointing because the menu has such a great selection of food that you don’t see too often around here. Hope yall improve and make it how you would make it if you were eating it instead of it kinda just being thrown together. Side note: the salsas are amazing and don’t need to be changed. lol“

“Tried the birria for the first time and it tasted very authentic and full of flavor! It taste exactly how they make them in Guadalajara Mexico. It’s like slow cooked pot roast but more flavorful! I would definitely recommend you try it as a taco or quesadilla.“

“I love the food here. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of customer service and the chairs. Each time I’ve been I don’t feel welcomed. Employees will literally look at you and not say anything while you wait for them to come and take your order. At least say hello and I’ll be with you in a minute. Also, the tables and chairs are uncomfortable. Other than that I love the food and come here very often. Especially late evening on the weekends.“

“I had the Parrilla Ranchera. Absolutely outstanding. When you look into the kitchen and see who’s banging out this magic, it’s no surprise. A madre who I wouldn’t cross if my life depended on it. Highly recommended.“

“Very homey experience with amazing food. Well priced for a lunch or early dinner experience. Lines can sometimes lead out of the door for this hidden treasure. Staff is pleasant and food comes out quickly. Food is authentic only. This isn't your Mexican bar and grill. If you want real Mexican dishes, look no further. Plenty of parking“

“Our company was catered by Tacos Veloz for our Christmas party, and everything was excellent. We ordered through Aldo, who made sure everything was packed accurately and ready on time. We got the barbacoa, carne asada, carnitas, and horchata to-go — all of it was absolutely delicious. We even drove all the way from Dahlonega to pick it up in Gainesville, and it was well worth the trip. We will definitely be ordering from them again!“

“Gainesville probation officer is closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. My mom and I were looking for a place for a restroom, a quick bite, and somewhere to sit and wait till the probation office opens again. Happens that Tacos Silao was less than half a mile but has no public restroom so we opted for another fast food joint. Seems really great though.“

“I gave them a tip. They do good at this location. My burrito was a tad smaller then I wished but I was very happy with my order. The staff were very very friendly, smart and on the ball. Better than Douglasville GA. I feel management makes them portion too small. Workers did good and if I would have said something they probably would have added a bit more so honestly very good.“

“This is the my family's first time going to Chipotle. Unfortunately with miscommunication I thought they were out of brown rice. So I got the white rice in my bowl. I'm finished with making my bowl and the guy brings brown rice over to fill up the container. They were out of several toppings. So I put what they had in my bowl. I liked my bowl, I got steak. The food didn't have no flavor to it. My kids said also there was no flavor to the food. I unfortunately don't think I'd come back. We got chips and cheese and cheese was disgusting. They charge for chips and guacamole. They don't have a salsa bar like the other comparable restaurants. So it's a no for me and my family.“
