“Quaint authentic Mexican restaurant. Having lived 6 years in Mexico, I know authentic! I ordered the Torta Regia. LOADED with refried beans, pineapple, country fried thin steak, lettuce, tomato, avacado, jalapeño, and panela cheese. SO GOOD!Very friendly staff. Google says they're open until 9pm. We showed up just before 8. We realized they were closing after we ordered, but they were super friendly and not annoyed at us. All the staff wore masks, and wore them PROPERLY. Very happy about that. We don't live in Gainesville, but we will come back!!“

If you're in the Oakwood area and craving some Birria Tacos, TIO LOCO is worth a visit! This nice little spot is tucked off to the side of the BP gas station on Hwy 53 (beside the COOKOUT), right off 985. The address might say Gainesville, but for me, this is Oakwood.

The Birria Tacos here are solid—juicy, flavorful, and sure to satisfy your taco cravings. They of course have your other menu items that you may want to check out, but I've been on a birria kick for a while now ? It's definitely a spot to check out if you’re nearby!

“I love the food here. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of customer service and the chairs. Each time I’ve been I don’t feel welcomed. Employees will literally look at you and not say anything while you wait for them to come and take your order. At least say hello and I’ll be with you in a minute. Also, the tables and chairs are uncomfortable. Other than that I love the food and come here very often. Especially late evening on the weekends.“

We got the barbacoa, carne asada, carnitas, and horchata to-go — all of it was absolutely delicious. “This is the my family's first time going to Chipotle. Unfortunately with miscommunication I thought they were out of brown rice. So I got the white rice in my bowl. I'm finished with making my bowl and the guy brings brown rice over to fill up the container. They were out of several toppings. So I put what they had in my bowl. I liked my bowl, I got steak. The food didn't have no flavor to it. My kids said also there was no flavor to the food. I unfortunately don't think I'd come back. We got chips and cheese and cheese was disgusting. They charge for chips and guacamole. They don't have a salsa bar like the other comparable restaurants. So it's a no for me and my family.“
