“I recently visited this authentic Mexican taco restaurant, and the experience was amazing! The owner and his wife, Lupita, were incredibly kind to my fiancé and me. We ordered chicken, chorizo, and asada tacos, and they were all perfectly made and absolutely delicious. I also got the roasted cake, and it was so good that I left no crumbs! Even though this place is a bit farther for me, I will happily make the drive to eat here again. Thanks again, Lupita!
I recently visited this authentic Mexican taco restaurant, and the experience was amazing! The owner and his wife, Lupita, were very kind to my fiancé and me. “Today we had dinner at La Montaña Grill for the first time and we were delighted. From the micheladas to the agua fresco, everything was delicious, and the potato taquitos, a weekend special, were a true delight. However, what really made our experience unforgettable was the extraordinary service with Mr. Carlos. Their attention was impeccable, always friendly and attentive to every detail, which made our visit something truly special. We will return without a doubt! Highly recommended!“

“TIO LOCO TAQUERIA- Oakwood, GA
If you're in the Oakwood area and craving some Birria Tacos, TIO LOCO is worth a visit! This nice little spot is tucked off to the side of the BP gas station on Hwy 53 (beside the COOKOUT), right off 985. The address might say Gainesville, but for me, this is Oakwood.
The Birria Tacos here are solid—juicy, flavorful, and sure to satisfy your taco cravings. They of course have your other menu items that you may want to check out, but I've been on a birria kick for a while now ? It's definitely a spot to check out if you’re nearby!

“Until now I have not found another similar one in Gainesville, the preparation of the dough for the gorditas seems special to me, the dough and the filling are well sewn as well as its Menudo, except the chicken flautas are not like the ones at Plaza Fiesta but we give them 5 ⭐️“

“Tried the birria for the first time and it tasted very authentic and full of flavor! It taste exactly how they make them in Guadalajara Mexico. It’s like slow cooked pot roast but more flavorful! I would definitely recommend you try it as a taco or quesadilla.“

“Let me start by saying I eat a lot of Mexican food. I eat it a couple times a week. This is the best burrito I've ever had. The flavor is amazing and every bite had a cheese pull! I've never had a burrito like that. It's like a burrito quesadilla fusion and I love it! Will be back soon.“
“Highly recommend Lupita’s food truck if you are looking for some AUTHENTIC Mexican Food. 🇲🇽 It’s 5 minutes off Interstate 75. The food is AUTHENTIC and delicious. They have a few picnic tables to enjoy your food. We tried the birria tacos, torta, sopes, and taquitos and some chiles Torreados 🤌🏼 . They also have aguas frescas. 🍹“

“Quaint authentic Mexican restaurant. Having lived 6 years in Mexico, I know authentic! I ordered the Torta Regia. LOADED with refried beans, pineapple, country fried thin steak, lettuce, tomato, avacado, jalapeño, and panela cheese. SO GOOD!Very friendly staff. Google says they're open until 9pm. We showed up just before 8. We realized they were closing after we ordered, but they were super friendly and not annoyed at us. All the staff wore masks, and wore them PROPERLY. Very happy about that. We don't live in Gainesville, but we will come back!!“

“Food is very good, always hot and fresh. I've never had a bad meal here. Service is always great, too. The new dining room is very pleasant and festive, although IMO, the music and television competing for sound are too much on the ears and makes it difficult to converse at the table.“

“I love the food here. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of customer service and the chairs. Each time I’ve been I don’t feel welcomed. Employees will literally look at you and not say anything while you wait for them to come and take your order. At least say hello and I’ll be with you in a minute. Also, the tables and chairs are uncomfortable. Other than that I love the food and come here very often. Especially late evening on the weekends.“

“Very homey experience with amazing food. Well priced for a lunch or early dinner experience. Lines can sometimes lead out of the door for this hidden treasure. “This restaurant was delicious. They had an enchilada special on the day that we went. All of the food was delicious the homemade guacamole was chunky and tasted so fresh. The prices are great, the staff is great, they have great music and an excellent bar. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!“

“The food was superb and flavorful. The service and the workers were exceptional. I highly recommend the street corn! The salsas could be a bit more flavorful and some a tad spicer, but I'm sure in time it'll improve! If you're looking for a great bite of mexican food, you should definitely give it a try here.
They even have a small play area for the kiddos so mad respect since you rarely see those anymore.

“We used to frequent this place every week. When they closed we were very sad. Upon reopening we have had 1 good experience every time we have tried it. Really hate this as we loved this place. Tonight our server did not listen to anything we ordered. 3 meals came out wrong. 3 drink orders came out wrong. We ordered a cheese dip after we were seated only to have to remind the server about it 30 mins later. I really do not know if it is limited staffing as they look fully staffed. All I can say is I truly miss this place before it closed for so many months. Think we are done giving them chance after chance.“

“This place is truly unique!! The ice cream is fresh and creamy! I got coconut and pina colada. The coconut ice cream they have water based and milk based. The water based is fluffy and has tons of coconut in it!!! Best ice cream around!!!“
