At a time when good employees are hard to find, and then you find Katty, you have to pinch yourself. “Reagan made the whole visit worth it. She was handling the register and serving on her own and never lost her warmth or pace. The food came out fresh, the place was clean, and the prices were reasonable. Still, it was clear she was carrying a lot on her shoulders. She deserves some backup. Even so, she delivered excellent service and left a strong impression.“

“I’m not sure who was working tonight and i literally never leave reviews BUT THEY NEED A RAISE CAUSE MY FOOD WAS FIRE. They got every single modification correct. My food tasted like actual heaven. I wish i knew who was working so i can keep going back when they are there. Usually this place is pretty good, it’s my preferred taco bell and sometimes they do have mishaps but lately it’s been hitting every single time“

“I placed an order for 11 different dishes, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive what I ordered in several of them. For example, I ordered chow mein, but instead, I got white rice. This happened with several other dishes as well. The quality of the food was good, but the confusion with the orders was quite frustrating. I hope they can improve accuracy in the future.“

Nothing like a pleasant experience at a fast food spot where most of the time the workers hate their job more than the American hearts & arteries hate their quality!! From the jump he gave quality service! Repeated the order & offered recommendations with my the throat in mind after consuming so much bread 🤣. I have lived out here for 2 yrs and I always hope in their competitors line where I sit for 20+ mins and get to the window & sit for another 20+ mins just to be greeted by vicious the wicked wbitchhh 😒… anywhooo, never will I ever I’ll come to BK where I Rule 👑 & get me friendly, humorous, customer service, with fresher food. “We have not been eating out as much as possible since the Coronavirus pandemic and tonight we decided to venture out with our masks on to pick up a quick family dinner after working all day. I was so impressed with the young mans customer service at the register (who was behind a plexiglass partition) and with the safety measures and social distancing they are enforcing. Only 2 people inside at a time and you wait outside for your order to be called over a speaker. Food was GREAT! Wings were super crispy and delicious! The price and the amount of food I received was a surprise! More than enough to feed our family of 5! Highly recommend! Great job guys 👏🏼! And they were packed with orders coming in and going out!“

“THIS IS WAY BETTER THAN THE MCDONALDS IN LOGANVILLE. THEY ACTUALLY GIVE ME THE SAUCES EVERY TIME AND GET MY ORDER RIGHT. THEY ARE FAST AND NICE. “I go here for my lunch breaks and always get great service and food, many of the staff at this location speak Spanish so please be respectful , patient and understanding they are just trying to make some money for their families ??. If that’s an issue for you guys I suggest going to the chipotle in Snellville.“

“My daughter wanted Zaxbys, I decided to come to this one but we normally go to the one on scenic Highway. I don’t know what was going on but the drive thru line was long, we went inside took two second to order and get our food, when we came back out the drive thru line never moved.“
