“Stopped in for lunch while traveling to Alabama from Virginia with my family and these are the best burgers we’ve had. Delicious!!!“

We love to sing along with Kurt who provides excellent entertainment. If you are anywhere near Helen then stop in and give them a try!“

“This place is upstairs. You will see a sign from the street. We went in because the teenagers in our group wanted Boba tea. But when we got in, they had coffee! And they had honey coffee so I was excited to try it. I loved it. And ended up going a second day just to have that coffee again. I definitely recommend trying it out. They also have a cute sitting area where you can take a break from shopping or just relax a bit.“

“My favorite place to go to for fair like foods whenever I visit the area. The place is tiny with no tables to sit inside, but there are plenty of places to sit outside or get a to go box to walk around with and take in the sights. The staff is always attentive and friendly.“

We were not expecting to find anything good near the cabin we rented and this place was absolutely fantastic!They are busy and understaffed so expect to wait and be kind to the server who is hustling to get everything done! Our waitress was fantastic.That being said- the wait was absolutely worth it! “I was a little worried when we walked in because it took a while for someone to come seat us. It appeared that mostly people at the bar were being more catered to, but I was wrong. A very friendly middle aged man came out and seated our party of 10 and waited our table. The service was wonderful and the pizza was the best I’ve ever eaten! My son enjoyed the wings too. I highly recommend visiting Slice of Helen!“

“My only complaint is that the prices are high but what would you expect in a tourist town. Everything in Helen is pricey.They have somewhere around 36 flavors to choose from. There's lots of seating at picnic benches to catch your breath and cool off in the hot Georgia summers and to escape the cold with a hot pretzel or elephant ear in the mountain winters.“

“Went to the Helen subway tonight even though we live in Cleveland but the one in Cleveland has let us down on many occasions. So.today we choose the Helen location I have to say this is the best sub I have has in forever . The service was amazing ,store was clean very pleased .“

“Delicious✨. My family went there specifically because of the good reviews one of us was reading. I don’t know what site he was using but they were all outstanding, nothing less than a four star. I thought the place was amazing! We were served pretty quickly and the appetizers greatly appeased the wait. The loaded fries and chicken I got was DELICIOUS! I have never eaten anything better ? (I’m not a bot, I swear?). The servers were really nice, especially the guy on the phone when we called to ask about the wait (there was none!) They even pushed enough tables together to have our 19 people sitting at the same table (usually they say 15 people a table, max at other restaurants). I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it??‍♀️. Highly recommend!“
