Noah was the only server working in our dining room, yet he handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, checked on us regularly, and genuinely seemed eager to make sure everyone had a great experience.

Excellent service is hard to find, and Noah truly went above and beyond. He is a tremendous asset to Brassies Grill, and I wanted

“Beautiful, quiet atmosphere. Wonderful drinks, fantastic service.

The first time I visited was my first time trying escargot. I'm glad to have had that experience with The Copper Door. It was buttery, with the wonderful taste of garlic and herbs and melted in your mouth. It was accompanied by Yorkshire Pudding or puff pastry. Absolutely divine.
We ordered surf and turf. The lobster tail was buttery and the filet mignon was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection.

The second time I visited, I tried the Spoonbill caviar and bone marrow. While they were quite good, I learned that day that I'm not too fond of bone marrow. However, my partner happily enjoyed my portion; the novelty of the experience was a good memory itself. During this time, they had a 32oz steak available on special. It was delicious, accompanied by carrots, potatoes, and asparagus, and caramelized pearl onions with enough food for three people. For dessert, we tried the Baked Alaska, which they prepared tableside, and the Creme Brulee.

The only snafu was the pork belly. My partner ordered it for us to share, but the appetizer arrived, and it was a small sliver of pork belly. I imagine it was only intended for one person.

“This place is amazing, the food is always great, cooked out of a food truck and they have a great beer selection and a full bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the owners are very nice people. Ate here a few times already and now we saw that they are expanding which is great because they are always full of customers. We love it because we dont have to drive all the way into town any longer and we love to sing karaoke there. We will definitely be coming back more often.“

“We are visiting from out of town, our waitress was Brook. We came in about 90 minutes till close and have a 1 year old. The food was good for a waffle house equivalent and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The service was great as Brook was super busy constantly running around, but made sure that we had everything we needed especially since we had a toddler. The service was outstanding.“

The place looked packed when we walked in so I'm not sure why they were closing early and could have made another $100 or so based on the number of people in our group. “Popped by while in the area for Lunch . I’d remembered that we had been to this Long Horn location in the past and it was fantastic.
We ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a sweet potato and side salad .
The salad was nice size and the piece of chicken on our sandwich was quite large and cooked to perfection. 😋 Our sweet potatoes were sweet and delicious. Bread arrived quickly after being seated without a second thought. I was debating if I should eat bread since I had bread with my sandwich but it was hot and buttery so YES . Our server was spot on and we were never in need of anything as she seemed to read our minds .
We have been to several different Longhorns across the USA but ThIS one is The Best !“
