“Reiley was INCREDIBLY kind. I wanted to announce my pregnancy to family but I didn’t have a marker .. she was so genuine and assisted us and was so joyful to help.. after writing “a little munchkin is on the way” she let us know she was not charging us. That made me cry. It’s rare to find people who care and are personable like that. Kudos to you. Dunkin, you have a good one. She deserves all the awards and accolades. Will be coming back just to see her!“

“Customer service was over the top yesterday I wish I had gotten the name of the tall younger lady working the cashier station who accommodated my nerdy self and found the hello kitty toy I had most been looking forward to. Thank you for taking the extra time I had a long day you truly made me feel special and seen. Needed that not the toy the positive human interaction the going above and beyond for little ol me. You even came out and made sure I had gotten the right meal with the right toy in it. Thank you.“

“Just wow! I have never been to Scooter’s and had seen it drinking by. On a beautiful Saturday morning I decided to make my first order. I do love fun coffees and flavors. The app was super easy to use. When I arrived at the store I was asked to pull around. They came out within 5 mins with my large order. The employee who brought it to me was Emma. She was super friendly and even gave me a coupon inviting me back! The coffee was amazing, the food was tasty, the price was right AND to top it all off the service was FRIENDLY! I will definitely be back!“

“The drinks are always fast and consistently good. The only trouble is the area is congested when there is a long line, there’s no where for it to go that doesn’t block an entrance to somewhere else. Luckily the line moves pretty fast.“

“My experience was amazing! UZI helped me and I had been to another Starbucks that was not a good experience at all but UZI made sure to make my day and he was just SO kind, knowledgeable, and just was awesome! I am thankful for UZI and wish more employees were like him. He needs to be a trainer so he can train others to know how to treat others and what to do when there is a problem. “I’ve been coming to this location for coffee for the last month and have to say, each visit was always great. The staff is always so nice and communicative. If they are working on something, they always let you know they see you and will be right with you. They make my drinks correctly everytime which is a relief and they are always trying to get customers taken care of as soon as possible. You can literally see how hard they work and effort they put in to take care each and every customer.“

“I've subtracted a star because they were out of the ingredients to make mocha beverages while I was there today. Since I was unable to order anything mocha, I took this opportunity to branch out. I asked the barista her opinion of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. She seemed to be confused that I would ask her opinion, and her "Yes, it's good." Sounded like "If you order it, I'm going to make it, let's leave it at that." Anyway, the beverage I was presented was made well enough to be on a billboard ad. It also tasted pretty good, even though it lacked any chocolate. I will be back, and if 5 dollar coffee-like beverages are your thing, I can recommend this Starbucks.“
