The service is always great, too. Very small town atmosphere where they recognize you and always speak to you.When you come in, no matter how busy it is. At certain times of the morning, it does get rather busy, but they move quickly to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner.“

Each time the food has been hot, the employees are friendly, and it’s the only Waffle House where the temperature inside is comfortable, not freezing. The young man who cooks on Thursday nights has made a point to stop by our table each time to see if everything was good. We will continue to make our late night visits to this location.“

“My family and I were in Athens to tour UGA. Stopped here for breakfast. Why are great places like this so few and far between these days? You forget how good food is when it’s prepared by people that care about what they are serving. Food was great and high quality. Our server was friendly and helpful. The Spicy pepper jam is amazing (took some to go). We all need to support places like this. Wish we lived closer.“
