“The young lady who helped us in the drive-thru was incredibly kind. And the barista, Akela, who made our matcha drinks did PHENOMENAL. Not everyone can make matcha well, but Akela absolutely nailed it, she deserves a raise. Thank you, girl, it’s delicious 😋“
“This is my favorite Dunkan location. It’s located in the strip mall off Bell ferry next to a subway sandwich. The staff is always cheerful and efficient. This morning I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the drive-through by the new manager, Luiz. We had the best Conversation and it started my day in a great way. There’s nothing like great customer service to make you a return customer. This Dunkin’ Donuts gets it and you will too if you visit!“
“I’ve been patronizing this Dunkin location since it opened, approximately 2010, and have always had excellent service and products. Employees and management have always been very professional and service oriented. The manager and employees always take time, when they can, to engage with customers. I feel that they genuinely care about feedback and always seek to improve where they can. Top rate in my opinion.“
“Best sesame seed bagels.
The actual place where we sit to eat. Is very outdated and not very comfortable, and it's not very inviting.
The food is good. I see why people just ordered through their drive-thru.“
“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take the time to write one because of the amazing service I’ve received from Melissa at this Dunkin’ location. Every single visit, they stand out as someone who truly cares about the customer experience. In a world where most people just go through the motions at work, it’s refreshing to meet someone who consistently goes above and beyond.
From the moment I walk in, Melissa greets me with a smile and a positive attitude. Even if the store is busy or the line is long, they never lose their cool. Instead, they keep things moving quickly while still making each person feel noticed. That kind of balance—between speed and friendliness—is rare, and it makes all the difference in how the store feels.
What I appreciate the most is how they always get the details right. My order comes out perfect every single time, whether it’s a simple coffee or something a little more complicated. They double-check to make sure everything is correct, which shows that they take pride in what they do. It’s not just about handing out food and drinks—it’s about making sure customers leave happy.
Another thing that really stands out is how they handle stressful situations. I’ve seen Melissa manage big morning rushes, tricky orders, and even impatient customers with patience and professionalism. Instead of letting stress show, they keep a calm and upbeat energy that rubs off on the whole store. That makes waiting in line feel less frustrating and turns the store into a welcoming place.
Beyond just doing the job well, it’s the personal touch that makes Melissa special. They remember regulars, they crack jokes, they’ll ask how your day is going—it’s those little things that build a connection. I leave not only with my coffee and food but also with a better mood because of their kindness. It sounds simple, but it really matters.
Overall, Dunkin’ is lucky to have Melissa on their team. They represent everything good about customer service: friendly, efficient, dependable, and genuinely caring. If every worker had the same attitude, every visit would feel this enjoyable. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of them, and I think they deserve recognition for the great job they do“
“The new manager is AMAZING! She’s really turned this store around. I finally get my order made correctly and without waiting 10mins for one drink and a wrap. The crew has always been pretty good but it was clear they didn’t have a good manager to back them up. Just goes to show a store is only as good as their leader and they finally have a great one!“
“Great spot for that quick breakfast or in my car breakfast addition not offered at another restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: As child friendly as most places. What type of question is this.... ? People procreate and likely are right now. Better this be asked, are well behaved children seen as an issue my other patrons? I mean, this place is Dunkin Doughnuts, not some strip bar.“
