“I don’t often write reviews but this is Starbucks is the BEST. I’ve been to so many locations across the country and I’ve never seen a Starbucks run this well. The team is unbelievably warm and friendly, the coffee is spot on, and free refills on drip coffee? I keep coming back 🤩“

Brought a large group of friends for finals week and a worker there named Jackson was very helpful in not only bringing out all of our items on plates but helped us clean it all up before we left. “Even though my visits to Starbucks are infrequent, typically once a month, I always make sure to stop by when I am in Philadelphia to grab a decaf coffee. The consistency of their service has always impressed me, as they get my order right every time. The efficiency and dedication of the staff is evident in their quick service and attention to detail.

During a recent trip to Georgia, I had the chance to visit a Starbucks near Kennesaw where a family friend works. I must mention Gio, who works at this location and takes his job very seriously. I appreciate how he shared his passion for his work with me, and I was impressed to learn that the staff is trained in different areas of the store to ensure seamless operations.

On one of my visits, I ordered a decaf latte, which was perfectly made. My son's girlfriend, who frequents this Starbucks, always opts for a ham and Swiss croissant. We found ourselves making several trips to Starbucks during our stay in the area, and it was a pleasure to see our family friend at work.

The teamwork and efficiency of the staff were evident behind the counter, with the employees smoothly handling orders and keeping the flow going. The ambiance of the Starbucks makes it a great spot to relax, work on your laptop, or catch up with a friend. I couldn't resist capturing some moments in photos and videos.

While I had a great overall experience, I would love to see more vegan options on the menu at Starbucks.“

“Wow, what an experience I had at this Starbucks! I had woken up one morning craving a mocha cookie crumble
Frappuccino, no whip, soy milk, white mocha, cinnamon dolce, extra java chip, double blended, carmel drizzle lining the cup, with extra Carmel drizzle. I went to this Starbucks location, not expecting anything spectacular, but to my surprise I was greeted with an angel. A fabulous young man named Bradley took my order. He greeted me with so much respect and enthusiasm. I can tell that boy truly loves his job. Anyway, I told him my order and proceeds with “Wow that sounds delicious! I know a diva when I see one.” I was so flattered and felt so seen. He made my drink DELICIOUS. After I had received my drink and payed, Bradley tells me “have a wonderful day queen!” What a true gentleman. A BEAST at customer service. I will definitely be visiting again“

“Located inside of the Kennesaw State University Social Science building approximately diagonal to the West Deck. Takes Starbucks member cards (Including refill benefits for Starbuck members) as well as dining dollars. Plethora of seating options for large groups to 1 person seating including outdoor seating. Has regular Starbuck menu options and staff is very friendly. No music playing and often has students studying or relaxing. There is free KSUGuest Wifi and not Google Starbucks Wifi. For Pokémon Go players: Has two/three pokéstops in close proximity and a 1 gym that frequently changes.“
