“The music is so loud you cannot hear each other talk. I couldn't hear the waitress very well and I don't think she heard us very well because she got the order wrong. We asked that the music be turned down and she told us it can't be and it would be over with soon. We ordered a deluxe burger and a deluxe chicken sandwich, all we got was 2 burger patties on a bunch and a piece of chicken on a bun, I had to ask for the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles twice in order to get it. Usually this location is great but the last few visits the music is too loud or they are clanging dishes around so loud there is no way to have a conversation.“

“In the Atlanta airport so the prices are higher. I had the Chef Cat burger & sweet potato fries. Very good. Waitress was also friendly. Recommend if you’re in ATL airport concourse A.“

“Dissapointed in Big Kahuna dog. No creole mustard, no pickled onions, the "housemade slaw" was shredded cabbage, the cherry pepper relish was pickle relish out of a jar. When I mentioned it to the girl at the counter after I received it , she said we are out of most of the ingredients on the menu and they stopped putting creole mustard on it because people said it was too spicy. Lol. Total lack of communication between the kitchen and the counter staff. We all have to 86/sub items, But you should tell the customer what he's getting so his expectations are not dashed. I know it's just a hot dog and I ate it because I was hungry and the actual hot dog was good, but they didn't get anything close to what it should have been.“

We were more then pleased. The only complaint we have is the music got really loud. If couldnt hear each other even if you are sitting right next o each other. You can’t just go to any Applebee’s and expect it to be good with good service and your food warm my experience here was great from the time I was greeted to the time we got sat down. I had a waitress named cat. She was amazing. I was there with my family and my three year-old and she was just on top of it. We didn’t even have to ask for any refills any napkins just we did not need to ask for anything. Everything was served perfectly. She kept checking on usand the staff were just so sweet and amazing and the floor manager working that night. He was just so awesome and greeted us at our table and made sure everything was going good.“

“Great hidden gem in Summerhill Atlanta! Parking in the back, and neighborhood parking nearby. I really loved the bowl and sauce options! You could build your own, or choose one of their chef specialties! Really cool how they have classic southern cooking options, like Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes, makes them stand out against places like sweetgreen or cava. They also have some yummy teas to choose from! Really love the vibe all around.

“I eat here about twice a week. The food is really good and super affordable. They give you great portions and the food is well seasoned. My only complaint is they never ever give me the sassy sauce that I pay for. I order through uber eats with them a lot because it’s far from my house. I always pay for 2 extra sassy sauces because I like it on my fish and my fries and they refuse to package it. They only give me multiple packs of target sauce which is a complete waste because I don’t eat tartar sauce. So I just throw it away everytime. They really owe me about 10 sassy sauces from all the times I’ve ordered and they never put it in the bag. But aside from this, I love their food. I’ve had it 3 times this week already because I don’t feel like cooking.“

Other than the customer service lacking, I don’t have any major complaints. They lack customer service real bad. You can tell it’s not personal though. Also, the fish wasn’t seasoned at all but I mean after I added the hot sauce and tartar sauce it was cool.“

“Nice food selection for a bar. Fast service, even with just 3-4 people working they were handling the crowd well. 2 nice adequate restrooms. Drinks strong, didn’t like the heavy salt on the Paloma-should have ordered it without. Rum Punch and Espresso drink good.

-okra portion size is too small. Too much salt on them. Great fresh cook just give more and use less salt.

-Brussels are too oily and buttery-you can see the butter heavy. Good portion just too much butter.

-Brisket Taco-Great value and I loved the BBQ taste. General flour tortilla shell but at least it’s toasted. Would’ve liked the option of fresh corn shell but I understand this is a bar. Was about to order more food, but I already ate. Prices are good all around: pool tables, games, nice chill vibe with some outdoor rooftop seating. Entertainment on some nights. For the overall experience, it’s pretty close to a five star if not already five star to you. If someone gives it a four star, it is the kind of four star that with improvements could easily be a five star, and this could be quite the regular hangout spot for some. Adequate parking on the street and in the rear.“
