“Ordered on the app for pickup in drive thru when I got there I was directed into a waiting parking spot 15ish mins later my food was to me only ordered a shake fry and nuggets it took me at least 10-15ish minutes to drive there after placing my order“

“Stopped by around mid night; 12:13 to be exact and was greeted by the most pleasant employee in drive thru named DeVantee. He throughly took our food order with patience I immediately thought that he was a manager.
We just wanted to share that this employee’s professionalism is greatly appreciated and so hard to come by.“

“IF you must partake, this is the consistently best location I've been to in years. I have stopped a number of times during breakfast and this location is well-run, clean, the food is fresh and the staff is courteous. This location has the ordering kiosks and bilingual staff. I recommend it ??“

“The new manager gives the worst service possible! We waited 52 minutes to receive our food, when we asked why it took so long, they only said that they forgot the order because they deleted it in the system and we waited another 12 minutes until they gave us the food, when I got home I checked the food, it was raw and they were the wrong burgers, apart from that they were just the burgers with nothing, only two meat and cheese cakes, they did not have anything that comes in any other burger. I don't recommend this place until they change managers“

“So. This morning around 10 ish I placed a mobile for a sausage biscuit with hash brown and a coffee the food was good but the customer service when we pulled up to get the food the lady must of been having a bad day there was no communication she handed us the bad didn’t ask do you need jelly etc and we were gonna tell her to have a great day but we were afraid she was gonna get an attitude with us . When she asked us our code through the speaker we could tell she wasn’t happy with her job today ! I will say I use to work for McDonald’s I understand you get frustrated and exhausted but customer service goes along way in any job .“

“The manager was very helpful. He didn’t treat my problem as small nor petty. I came in to honor a coupon to get me a free sandwich and it was something going on in the system, but he honored it and allowed me to get it anyway I also went ahead and purchased my girls, ice cream, slushy, and nuggets and some more food Service was great and I appreciate it His name was David that is the type of person that should be running a shift and teaching others because it takes a little extra and it goes a long way. I’m thankful I recommend eating at this place.
