“I never do reviews but this Zaxby’s really deserves it! I don’t live close, I just stopped by because it’s right off the highway, and honestly it was the best experience ever. The person at the register was so warm and friendly, and everyone there had great energy — probably the best service I’ve had in my life.

The food was on point, everything super fresh, and the inside was really clean too. You can tell they actually care about their customers. If I’m ever around this area again, I’m definitely stopping here!“

“The BEST in Douglasville“

“The food was all very good. Olive act6has some pretty great food, despite people online crapping on it, but it's definitely overpriced for what you get. They really nickel and dime you additions to your food. I haven't been in probably close to two years, but overall I was satisfied. Service was pretty good, she refilled several times, food came when it should and they were courteous. Food was hot, tasted good and I was very full when I left. Men's bathroom was literally disgusting, the urinals were covered in mildew and weren't dealing right, so water splashed everywhere. Drinks were okay, but overpriced and weak. Wife, son and myself was 120 before tip for 3 entrees and 4 alcoholic drinks, so not crazy, but still too much. I'll still go again because Douglasville sucks for availability of Italian food, you've got Olive Garden or Carrabba's or pizza shops. I actually prefer Olive Garden over Carrabba's though, mainly for the salad and the portion sizes. I like Carrabba's for the bread and olive oil/pepper, but they're slight more expensive with smaller portions that aren't any better than Olive Garden. Anyway, despite the complaints, we had a good meal with decent service and enjoyed ourselves, would still recommend overall“

“Outstanding Service Deserves Our Support

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service I’ve consistently received from one of your delivery drivers. She is not only reliable but also brings a positive attitude and genuine kindness to every delivery, no matter the time of day. It's rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service, and I believe she is a true asset to your team. Her name is Leah and she’s your most loving, genuine, kind delivery driver I’ve ever encountered in a very long time!

However, I’ve noticed that her vehicle has recently needed repairs, and despite this, she continues to provide top-notch service without complaint. I stopped her one day to ask her because I’ve seen she has some new damage to her car and it looks as if someone hit her and when I asked she did say it was a hit and run situation. She’s mentioned that her car is over 10 years old and that she’s working hard to get a new one.

As a community, I believe we can come together to support this young lady who has gone above and beyond for us. I’m personally committed to tipping more for her deliveries, but I would also like to encourage fellow customers to consider contributing in any way they can, whether it’s through tips or other means, so that we can help her either repair her current vehicle or, even better, assist in getting her a new one.

To the management: I would also like to request that you consider recognizing her hard work and dedication with a well-deserved raise. In today’s world, finding such positive and reliable employees is truly rare, and I hope her efforts don’t go unnoticed.

Let’s show her that her kindness and diligence matter to us. Because coming from her she shows me a lot of kindness and support She’s definitely brightened up my day a few time and also prayed with me one day I was going through something. Together, we can make a difference in her life, just as she has made a difference in ours.

“This was the first time I have been inside this store. It was so nice. I loved the decor and the food was really good. A super nice lady helped me. I asked for suggestions on something to try and Savannah gave me some great recommendations. She was so sweet and helpful!! Really polite and patient with me. She helped make my experience there top notch!!“

“I don't know have you run across a bad chick-fil-a? I'm not sure I've been to a Chick-fil-A that I would consider bad. They are professionally run usually staffed with very friendly and helpful people. I would say very rarely do you have issues and hardly ever get your order wrong. Chick-fil-A is just a quality chain of restaurants in my opinion. This one is no different. We were more than happy with our stop at this location.“

“I'm not a fast food person but I was craving a chocolate milkshake tonight. Five Guys milkshakes are too expensive, and not worth the price. so I decided to try Chick-fil-A milkshake as an alternative.

It was very tasty, and I enjoyed it. I'll be back.“

“This is by far the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever experienced! I have come here multiple times and the salad is always perfect and the toast just right. I go to a lot of Zaxby’s as I travel throughout Georgia every day for work and there is not one that beats this location. I almost stopped going to Zaxby’s because no matter the location, the salad was becoming mostly white and no green. I have yet to experience that here. I also get the fries without seasoning and instead of throwing my fries back in the grease and burning them, they make them fresh without me having to ask. The staff is also always friendly and efficient. Keep it up and thank you for being great! Other locations can learn so much from you!“

“Worst customer service ever at any establishment. You wait for ever and when you order the cashiers are rude and Is Is Condescending and have a tip jar setting by their register? Tip for what?, extra pay for a job you are getting full payment for to only stand there and push buttons on a register and acting as your God's gift to be there? Such a shame that a place that has good food be ruined by its staff!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
