“It's hard to find something negative in this place to ding them on when it is just a pleasant experience any time I walk in. Wait time is very minimal, store is clean, staff is pleasant, and food is fresh. If I had to say anything it's that the parking lot can sometimes be difficult to get out of with everyone coming in and people driving by not letting people out.“

However, I couldn’t help but notice that the tables and floors needed some attention and cleaning. One concern I had was with an employee's tone when I heard her addressing an order from another customer. There’s definitely room for improvement in how customer concerns are handled. Overall, there’s potential for a better experience with a little more focus on cleanliness and customer service.“

“The food is really good. But most of the time after you place your order you have to wait while they cook it. Cause many of times they don't have the food ready so you have to wait while they fry your chicken strips or your chicken. It's made when ordered. Not fast food at all“
