“I had to take a moment to shout out the amazing drive-thru worker, Joy, at this McDonald’s — talk about customer service done RIGHT! From the moment she greeted me, her energy was absolutely infectious. Friendly, upbeat, and incredibly efficient — she made a simple fast-food run feel like a bright spot in my day.

Not only did they get the order 100% correct, but she did it with a huge smile and genuine kindness. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows.

In a world where good service can be hit or miss, Joy is a total standout. McDonald’s — give this employee a raise, a bonus, AND a parade. She's earned it!“

“It’s rare that I give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant but this location deserves it. The lady working the drive thru was the friendliest person I have spoken to in today! She was pleasant, happy, and got every part of my order correct without asking for anything to be repeated showing she was truly paying attention. The food was hot and fresh too. Kudos to this location.“

“I got hotcakes and chicken with sweet tea...It was a great atmosphere sitting around listening to the older gentleman trash talking about the football game...It took me back to my childhood listening to an older gentleman talking trash without fighting or shooting each other...I recommend stopping by the McDonald's whenever you're in Macon GA you will not be disappointed especially on Sunday morning“

“Staff here are usually excellent. Night shift occasionally has hiccups but they are functional. I do recommend walking into this one, as drive through is constantly going through long queues.

Better to walk in, order takeout and go, this will give you chance to look things over and get any slip ups fixed quickly. Management is indeed helpful here usually if issues arise.“

“5/15/24 drive-thru: We were greeted, spoken to politely, the food was hot, and the ladies were nice (at the pay window, food pick up window and the young lady who ended up bringing our food out to the car). Thank you for the excellent customer service during the night hours.“

“To start I handed the cashier my money and 40 cents in change and she asked me if it was 40cent. I paid 13$ for a double quarter pounder,large fry and two large sweet teas. I went to the restroom to was my hands and there wasn't any soap in the men's restroom, so pretty sure the Male employees are not washing their hands and making and serving food. They would rather talk and joke around than to make your food, I waited for around 10+ minutes for my food and only two other customers in the building. The restroom was also pretty filthy. Not a very pleasant experience“

“I recently had an issue with my order which was inconvenient because I was unable to eat the meal I paid for. I reached out to corporate and within a few days Michael, the manager at Zebulon Rd, reached out. I came in today to get a replacement burger and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was rectified and we were happy customers. Michael is an exceptional human being I would be proud to have him on my team. I hope McDonalds sees the rare value in him and I pray he gets many blessings in this life. “Ladies were super friendly. Athmosphere was a little strange. We just got 2 kids meals for the kids(dine in) and a cup of coffee to go. Food was cold. They took literally 20 minutes or so to make a coffee. at the end I found out they were cleaning the machines, which had i known, i would have just gotten coffee somewhere else. Overall I give it a 4 star“
