McDonald's in Macon

“It was my first opportunity to dine in with this McDonald's. I brought a local newspaper to read some articles in it. I believe I made a good impression with the store manager. That was my goal to gain her confidence while she sees the service her employees give to the customers.“

“It’s rare that I give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant but this location deserves it. The lady working the drive thru was the friendliest person I have spoken to in today! She was pleasant, happy, and got every part of my order correct without asking for anything to be repeated showing she was truly paying attention. The food was hot and fresh too. Kudos to this location.“

“I had a bad experience in the restaurant, but after reaching out to Customer Service about it, the Franchise owner of the area contacted me and did everything they could to make it right. They are committed to improve the experience in the stores that are struggling to take care of business.“

“I got hotcakes and chicken with sweet tea...It was a great atmosphere sitting around listening to the older gentleman trash talking about the football game...It took me back to my childhood listening to an older gentleman talking trash without fighting or shooting each other...I recommend stopping by the McDonald's whenever you're in Macon GA you will not be disappointed especially on Sunday morning“

“One of the Cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. Bathroom was spotless, and the service was top tier. My cashier, Zaquavian, is the most polite, friendly, and professional I've ever came across at McDonald's. If you are in the area stop you won't regret it.“

“5/15/24 drive-thru: We were greeted, spoken to politely, the food was hot, and the ladies were nice (at the pay window, food pick up window and the young lady who ended up bringing our food out to the car). Thank you for the excellent customer service during the night hours.“

“even though this was well over a month ago, i still wanted to leave a review on this place because of my experience. on august 16, i went to get a mcflurry and a small fry. i had been to this mcdonald’s many times before and never had any problems, always just got my food, paid, and left. well, when i got to the window to pay, the worker at the window was extremely sweet which in all
honesty is a little rare. next day the window to grab my food, the worker up there told me i was very pretty! i wasn’t having a great day to begin with and that put a smile on my face and made it a little better. food was good too! good job girls! 🫶🏼

“The lady who is the afternoon manager has made a turnaround in the staff and the whole store . She is nice , courteous and seems to run alot better shop than has been the case here for many years . I've been there 4 times in the last 2 months and she has made it alot more pleasant and the food is better .

“Usually everything about this location is horrendous and I regret everytime I come here. However, I stopped by for breakfast and Lindsey immediately greeted us with enthusiasm, took our order and reminded me to make sure I use the code in my app to get points and was very attentive the whole visit. Have Lindsey run the whole place all the time. Lindsey is great.“
