McDonald's in Milledgeville

“Enjoyed my afternoon here with an iced coffee and a cheese burger. Weird combo, Im aware. My order came out correctly and in good time. It seemed to be a slow time for them (6pm on a Thursday) Unfortunately, cleanliness and stocking was not on the list of duties today as the place was quite dirty and the ladies bathroom was in need of cleaning and stocking. Imagine having to wipe with paper towels!“

“I had placed an order through the mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru. I was made aware the system was down and I asked about how I would be able to get a refund and was told to come inside. When I went inside the manager, I believe, because they were dressed so professionally was quick to explain the situation and was so respectful and kind. Once the system was done rebooting they made sure to quickly get my order to me. I wish I would’ve gotten a name but as soon as the system came back up they were quickly working to help everyone waiting.“
