“Food was good, dined in, ordered 2 kids meals with my order at the kiosk. No toys in kid meals, had ask then was told they were out, with an attitude. McDonald's get it together. Employee rude and doesn't know how to communicate“
“5/15/24 drive-thru: We were greeted, spoken to politely, the food was hot, and the ladies were nice (at the pay window, food pick up window and the young lady who ended up bringing our food out to the car). Thank you for the excellent customer service during the night hours.“
“Staff here are usually excellent. Night shift occasionally has hiccups but they are functional. I do recommend walking into this one, as drive through is constantly going through long queues.
Better to walk in, order takeout and go, this will give you chance to look things over and get any slip ups fixed quickly. Management is indeed helpful here usually if issues arise.“

“To start I handed the cashier my money and 40 cents in change and she asked me if it was 40cent. I paid 13$ for a double quarter pounder,large fry and two large sweet teas. I went to the restroom to was my hands and there wasn't any soap in the men's restroom, so pretty sure the Male employees are not washing their hands and making and serving food. They would rather talk and joke around than to make your food, I waited for around 10+ minutes for my food and only two other customers in the building. The restroom was also pretty filthy. Not a very pleasant experience“
“I recently had an issue with my order which was inconvenient because I was unable to eat the meal I paid for. I reached out to corporate and within a few days Michael, the manager at Zebulon Rd, reached out. I came in today to get a replacement burger and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was rectified and we were happy customers. Michael is an exceptional human being I would be proud to have him on my team. I hope McDonalds sees the rare value in him and I pray he gets many blessings in this life.
