“I have lived in Athens for almost 5 years. Something i would go to the McDonald’s on Epps and broad st and they always had horrible service or I would be missing my food. I recently moved near this McDonalds. Their customer service and the food is better at this location. I had an issue with mobile ordering today and the manager Matt was nice enough to explain and answer my questions. Anytime I stop there before work in the morning the crew always greet me and are really kind. I will never stop at different McDonalds in Athens other than this location.“
“For the first time in forever, I'm finally getting out to enjoy a steak bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a cup of coffee followed by a hash brown and it has never been more fresh.
The freshness of the food ranged quite distinctively all the way from the beautiful aroma in the kitchen followed by the amazing customer service from the lady in front who makes the absolute BEST COFFEE THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI!! lol
Ultimately I feel like this McDonald's location deserved a shout out because they vibe war with their customers and they make their customers tummies happy 😊 😊“
“Order is always fresh, complete and my burgers are always prepared just as I ordered them (I customize). condiments and napkins are always in the bag. Keep up the great work. My favorite location in Athens. I drive past 2 other locations because this location never disappoints. Thank you again.“
“I love this McDonald's. I have never had a bad experience and everything is hot and fresh. I live near the one on 29 near athens tech and it is so outstandingly bad that I will go out of my way to make sure I stop here on my way home from work“

“The food was great. The service was a little off. Only myself and 1 other car in the drive thru but was told to wait for almost 5 mins at order box before they started taking my order. I'll give the benefit of the doubt since I don't know the reasoning and hope next time will be better.“
