I went to Krystal for lunch today, after being told it would take 15 minutes to make 4 Krystal's, I left. Drove next door to Wendy's on Riverside Dr. and the difference in the level of service was night and day. I'm not sure what the names were of the employee's that served me, but according to my receipt, Diamond was the cashier and Rorie was the host.
