I am incredibly disappointed with Panera!
I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them.
I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled.

Today was my first time in 35years of life of trying Panera bread. I must say great service, my cashier amylee went over the meani and made great suggestions, food came out in great timing, the building was clean and maintained. All staff had good energy. I got a garden steak salad and tried their different dressings and all I can say is you have a new customer!!
I always order something from here and they always manage to mess something up. Either an items missing or I get the wrong item and sometimes they don’t even care about my customisations. They just do whatever they like and just hand the order over.
