I am incredibly disappointed with Panera!
I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them.
I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled.

I had very little staff interaction, but the few seconds I did have were very pleasant. My server smiled and was very polite.
I chose the you pick 2, and had the French onion soup (which I LOVE), and half of a grilled chicken and avo blt. Both were delicious!!
From the time I placed my order to the time my name was called, I'd say I waited not even 5 mins.
