This is a nice panera. Pretty new and great natural light. There is lots of seating and outlets. The food is good. I had my standard order. Sierra Turkey and Wild Rice soup. I am a "SipClub" member and eat at alot of these locations. The program is great if you eat at the store often. Saving that $$$$.
Food was great but the order taker had an attitude from start to finish. She asked me if that's it 4 times cutting me off each time while ordering. When I approached the window ask to get my number put in for points. That was an issue. She handed my food out the window,I said thank you and she just closed the window. This is my first bad experience ever at a Panera

I am incredibly disappointed with Panera! I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them. I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled. Terrible customer service, zero Customer engagement!
