“We recently had a 2 day company outing with Chimney Oaks. Wanted to thank the staff for their hospitality and willingness to work with our group. The lodges were perfect and the golf simulators were a huge hit for entertainment for the evenings. Service was outstanding and the food was great. Thank you to Chimney Oaks for such a wonderful experience for our guest.“

“Food did not look like on website. My dghtr got the beef stew and it was blended together like in a blender. Fries were cold asked for warm ones brought out more and they still weren't hot. Did not ask if needed refills, to go boxes. Definitely was not like the website. I used to be a server so I understand bad days but cold food and not looking like menu. My dghtr and her friend enjoyed their salads - side and chicken“

“First time visiting this Location, The staff was amazing! The manager (Gregory Ray) was really nice, He came around and made sure everyone was ok and if our food was good. The food was very clean and fresh. Special Thanks to our waiter (BRENT S). Outstanding guy, you rock man! I highly recommend this location and will most definitely be back when I’m in the area. “Great people! They were super kind and helpful to me when a stranger called the police on me for driving up the highway! (Some crazy woman cut me off, and since I was going in the same direction as her, she said I was following her, but I was not I was just going home north like she was.) And then the cops came and they were acting like I did something wrong! They treated me like a criminal and accused me of lying about where I lived. The detective told me that raising your hands in a I give up whatever type motion is actually considered aggressive driving, and that he could arrest me for it. Anyway, all the people in Waffle House were super supportive and very nice and knew about the specific officers in Jefferson, and were able to help me figure out the best way to keep myself safe in this situation. I will be grateful to them forever, because as a new resident of Jackson County this was a terrifying experience. So I highly recommend this Waffle House but I do not recommend this police force. Or being on the highway behind someone in an Acura suv who has a cross hanging from their rearview mirror, that person will definitely definitely try to screw you“

“I have been to this location twice and let me just say this store is so incredibly clean!!! As someone that works in the food industry I can really appreciate workers that make sure the food is correct and hot and both times my food has been steaming!!! The woman who took my order was so sweet and the man behind the counter was so kind too!!“

“The grilled shrimp skewers are very tasty. I personally like them with blackened and lemon pepper seasoning. Their food is always fresh, its cooked to order, so I know it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for any amount of time! Unlike most fast food. They are struggling with low staff issues right now, so if you aren't working, apply. Help them out!“

“I visited the ihop commerce location last Tuesday. I live in this area and have eaten here a few times. Sometimes it was OK but sometimes not but my last visit was excellent. Food was perfect. Servers Alisa and Carolyn were so nice sweet and the best ever. Thanks for the best breakfast with these women.“

“Absolutely great burgers!! The fries are large and not greasy but come unseasoned, they will season them for you if you ask. Their onion Rings are awesome. Will be my go to restaurant everytime I'm in the area working! Very friendly and accommodating people!!“
