Went to this McDonough, GA location yesterday and was so very upset!! First of all, we get there around 5:06 pm, the place was empty, there were so many tables available and many servers, but we had to wait 40 mins!!!!! while the manager decided to have a team meeting with all the servers so all of the servers left and then they couldn’t seat us until the meeting was over, In the mean time during that 40 min wait, the lobby filled up with so many customers waiting to be seated...read full review
Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.
kyleen was a great server and she was amazing, she was very respectful and kind i would reccomend her to everyone who comes to eat here! 10/10
