“THE PIZZA!!! It is the BEST I have EVER tasted in my life and let me just say I AM OLD!! I have Moved around a lot in my life that is WHY I say it is the BEST I had EVER had. We had a SUPREME PIZZA could not eat it all so took the rest home. To my surprise, it is just as GOOD as when freshly baked!!! “The atmosphere is excellent. It’s relatively quiet, perfect for studying, the smell of coffee is refreshing, the music is calming, it’s clean, and there’s outdoor seating. The staff helped me pick a drink (iced caramel brûlée latte is amazing) and were very patient. The drinks came out quickly and I would definitely visit again just to study.“

“The staff here is phenomenal thank you Ms with short hair, cash register host and gentlemen with hand tattoos. We had a uber issue and they treated us with kindness 😔 I hate asking for support but it was an uber issue. MERRY CHRISTMAS TIM HORTON'S EE LOVE YOU and the ice coffee was excellent 👍“

“Love Dunkin' and rarely disappointed, however this morning gives cause for complaint. Ordered 2 frosted donuts, blueberry, and a maple...recieved 2 upside- bottom of bag- smushed frosted, and double order of blueberry. Why?! Called location to complain but no response even though someone was taking a call-in order when we were in the drive-thru. 🤔“

“Great atmosphere and the food was delicious“
“Wait was a little longer than I expected but 100% understandable because they are extremely busy T their peak hours. If you’re in a rush, don’t come in the mornings. Aside from the reasonable wait the team there was friendly and calm, despite how busy they are. My coffee, bacon egg and Gouda sandwich, and the baked apple croissant was 10 out of 10. Everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. Be patient when you go because I think it’s worth it.“

“The service here is bad. Most associates don’t even say hello. They also lock the door when it is convenient to them. Durning COVID we didn’t need Starbucks. I made the decision to come back but that was not a good decision. I can save that $6,000 a year I spend there on KCUPS ! Maybe when they start to understand that you should put your customers first they might become a great company, but I see a grim future for them.“
