“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.“

“I am giving 5 stars only because Shakil, honored my wishes and baked more chocolate chip cookies. 7-23-23 They were out and said they weren't making any more. I told him that is a disservice to Subway by turning customers away for something that should be available. I needed 12, he told me 20 minutes, I left and came back, he had them ready for me. Today 7-29-23 I called this same restaurant asking for cookies, whomever answered the phone said they were out of cookies and would not be making any. I asked why not it was 6PM? He said he don't know how. I asked was a manager in, he said no. I asked his name, he said he don't feel comfortable telling me that, I asked again and he said James. I highly doubt that was the truth. People love Subway cookies but your staff won't go above and beyond. This ruins a business. Seems like I might start going to the one near me. I frequent this location because of Chik Fila.“

“I love firehouse subs. They take their time and make your sandwich just the way you want. Maybe they can hire more workers so they wo t take soooooo long to give you your food. They had 5 orders not do e ahead of my order. I watched them.make these orders. How did they get so backed up? We were all waiting at the tables for our order. Hmmmmm...... I guess this is not fast food. Thank God. ?“

“Entering upon the establishment, it was very clean. The staff did welcome us with a friendly greeting and also as we left. Then I took my food to go and made it home; it was still a good temperature and very delicious.Kid-friendliness: This establishment offers selections for kid's meals.“

“Took my sister for her first visit ever, and my first to the Columbus location- and first in several years. Our cashier (tall with dreadlocks) was so kind and pleasant and helpful- we both ordered a veggie spud and I had the chicken avocado salad and that is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life!! I will be craving it all the time so I’ll be back!!“
