“I ate lunch there yesterday after having gotten up at 3:45 that morning to drive my stepmom to Jack Hughston hospital to have back surgery. I was exhausted and trying to take care of her and help her get out with her walker. I left my purse sitting in a chair at our table and never missed it until I got out at my house in Americus. I drove over an hour home and never thought about it. Glad I didn’t get stopped by a cop. I only missed it when I got out and it wasn’t there. I immediately called and Christina told me she found it right after we left and locked it up in the managers office. Since my daughter lives there I sent her to get it. Everything was still there. My cash, credit cards and my pistol. Nothing had been disturbed. I’m so appreciative of this honest young lady. It really restored my faith in people. Kudos to her parents for raising a decent, honest and hardworking young lady. Please go support this establishment and tell Christina what a fine young lady she is. The food is great too.“

“This is THE BEST Zaxby's I have ever been in. Friendly and helpful cashier in helping to get the mobile app to work when having an issue placing the order due to an error with the toast even though neither one of us could see the issue. The food was fresh and hot. We were traveling thru so I don't have the opportunity to be a regular at this location even though I wish I could be. It is so much better than those in my area. Great experience!“

“I have frequented Paneras for years now, they have changed like everything with the times.But you can't beat the sip club with a new drink every 2 hours. A great place to start your day with a coffee/tea and a bagel/parfait/sandwich/pastry. To top it off they have free wifi and are open to donating their food at the end of the night to charities, which, is a rarity these days. If that were not enough, this Paneras has to be the friendliest and most welcoming.“

“I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.“

“I had a great experience at the CAVA in Columbus, Georgia. The staff was extremely friendly and very well organized. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and genuinely felt like a valued customer.

“Y'all. This is my new place. Seriously. The massive amount of healthy options, the ability to customize, freshness, and THE PORTION SIZE. Got a $12 salad yesterday that could have easily been 3 BIG side salads. Even the atmosphere inside just screams "you are going to feel GOOD after you eat here!" And the Midland Commons area is so nice and relaxing, especially considering the proximity to JR Allen. But I can easily imagine going for a nice walk or run on the Fall Line and then heading right over here for a healthy and delicious lunch or smoothie, sitting outside and enjoying the day. Not sure of anywhere else in Columbus that has this amount of variety and healthy options so check it out!“

“Sophia was a tad slow in our service. When Big Baby came and checked on us as she was checking on others we informed her of the issues and she made all well! She was extremely attentive and went above and beyond for us. We have had Big Baby before and she truly makes each visit memorable-She treats us AS FAMILY!!“

“Im a regular here. I love this location. ALL the servers and bartenders are great. Tania and April are my favorites, though they are all great. I frequent usually by myself. Food is good and the salad bar is a good choice. Always some type of special to take advantage of.“

“Great food and a good atmosphere. The birria is my favorite so far. I've only had to wait for a table during dinner hours in the weekend. Definitely not the cheapest food, but quality. My only concern is in the women's restrooms...I usually lock it then press the door handle to make sure its locked. These handles unlock when you move the handle or they don't actually lock.“

“We just finished our lunch at the Landings location and it was wonderful from beginning to the end. The very young staff was amazing! It was our pleasure to tip them, they were very informative, helpful and FUN to talk with. The pizzas were perfect and delicious. l can't wait to return and eat here again. “I had a really low blood sugar. It was 49 and I felt like I was going to pass out. Trying to act quickly I placed a very out order for a sprite. I felt awful. When I got there I didn’t see it and wondered if I had placed it for the wrong place. The staff, Josh who I believe was a manager, quickly responded. He too is a type 1 juvenile diabetic and understood my urgency. He quickly got me what I needed. Alllowed me to sit down and recover and even checked on me bringing me a cookie. He treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I wasn’t the most pleasant customer because I felt so bad. His professionalism and willingness to help me meant so much. I commend his ability to recognize my distress, remain calm and help me without any delay.“

“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

“My grandson and I eat at Newks 2 times a week for an after school medium pizza. They have the best personal pizza and up until today they had the best pickles. They just changed brands and that is a disappointment. Friendly service which is excellent. We love it!!“

“Went today and air conditioning was not working. Sweet young lady, McKenzie, took our order while wiping sweat off her forhead. Food was tasty but we ended up sitting outside since it was cooler. I went back inside to get a box for my leftovers. Asked McKenzie how long A/C had been off. She said since the a.m 🙄 Needless to say I wrote corporate and e-mail. McAllister’s is lucky their employees stayed today !“

“I stop in once a week after the gym and the staff here is the best. Orders are always ready for pick up quickly and rarely an issue. They mixed up my order with another tonight and insisted and fixing it with 10 minutes to closing time. They really did not have to but it shows how great the staff is here. I am going to miss this location when I'm not in the area anymore!“

“Love the clean tables and playground. Always fun to bring my grandchild. Enjoyed the quickness of ordering on the app then scanning the code on the table for quick service. They did not bring my diet peach lemonade over right away with the food. 😞 Then forgot the milk and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. Not super busy so someone should recheck orders before they bring them to the table. We enjoyed it once we received it all. As usual always amazing taste.“

“Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.

We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.“

“panera Bread is my favorite restaurant I eat there daily. the location on macon road is slacking they NEVRR have pumpkin muffins. I now have to drive across town to the second location. that location put bacon on my sandwich this morning and I am a Pollatarian. They NEVER were like other restaurants. Now. they are slacking“

“I went through the drive through and the service was VERY quick. Amber was at the window and she was a joy, opened up the window smiling and asked me about my day, very refreshing to see! The food was delicious but I could tell the chicken had been sitting for a bit.“
