“I had placed an order through the mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru. I was made aware the system was down and I asked about how I would be able to get a refund and was told to come inside. When I went inside the manager, I believe, because they were dressed so professionally was quick to explain the situation and was so respectful and kind. Once the system was done rebooting they made sure to quickly get my order to me. I wish I would’ve gotten a name but as soon as the system came back up they were quickly working to help everyone waiting.“
“The line was long enough, I ordered in the app just before I made it to the drive-thru. They had my order, waved me around, asked my name, I got my drink and someone else's food, but when I gave it back mine was right next to it so I think she just picked up the wrong bag. It was pretty smooth. No issues.“
