All the arrangements went very smoothly. Alley was our AMAZING waitress! She was obviously used to taking care of large groups. “The food was so good! Had a cone with the cinnamon maple sauce, fries, mac’n cheese and a sandwich with the kick’n ranch sauce. All items were so good, though I will say for to go it’s better to get the sauces on the side so I can apply them when I get home (they really soak into the chicken on the ride home). The mac’n cheese was so good and tasted great, even when I had to heat it up. Definitely will be coming back to try other sauces and the milkshakes!“

“I rate it 5 stars because after they recently changed all the staff, the service has become 5 stars. They are always in a good mood in the afternoon, treating customers well, and have greatly improved the quality of the food.

Previously, the old team that worked at the night shift, especially the former manager, used to make jokes about customers behind their backs in Spanish and let the quality drop significantly. When you ordered fries before, you got almost nothing, and any additional sauce the customer requested was given reluctantly. It was a very different standard from other Five Guys locations. I almost gave up eating at this location due to the old team“

“My man, Quinn, and I absolutely LOVE this Taco Bell. We live right down the road and it is super convenient. Everyone here is so nice. I wish I knew everyone's names to give them shoutouts, but the team member that sticks out to me the most that I could NEVER forget is Peggy!! She is absolutely so amazing. It is so obvious she loves her job and is so passionate about working here. She is an absolute gem. She elevates the experience. She is such a delight to see every time. If she is having a bad day, you would never know. She is always bright and cheery. Love your food and your staff at this location.

Not worth rating you guys less because I absolutely adore you, however! My only qualm is that I love your burritos... but they rarely come back to me the way I order. I have dietary restrictions after undergoing chemotherapy. I often order a black bean and rice burrito with extra black beans but rarely get extra black beans. Not sure why, and I never say anything because I don't want to be a bother... but it would be awesome to get them. It isn't much of an upcharge but still, I would really like to get those extra! Again, not worth rating less because I love your establishment, but please help a girl out when I order them 🙏“

The manager that was working the line was amazing tonight. He jumped off the line to help us and back on the line to help his team without skipping a beat. I had a custom order that the self services kiosk didn't allow. I wanted a plain burger with five patties.(Kiosk only allowed me to order a triple) He didn't hesitate to take my order and jump back with his team. The multi tasking I saw is incredible. The guy has some skills. Blin hospitality, customer service, cooking, and multi tasking. And in the middle of a dinner rush he was able to even check to see how our food was. These burgers were top notch quality cooked to perfection. My son and I had the best experience. So now anytime we are eating burgers, we are coming to Shake Shack in Alpharetta.“

“Better than expected! After living most of my life in Chicago, I've eaten more than a few hot dogs. The Chicago dog was good but not entirely authentic as it was grilled and the bun was toasted not steamed. The onion rings came out very hot and crispy. We went at a quiet time on a Monday but I could see this place being very busy on a Friday or weekend. If you don't see it from the parking lot that is because it is inside of a food hall and not a standalone shop.“

I had their Birria tacos on our first visit and they were on point. I ordered their Pozole (Thursday only) today. Wow!! What a delicious and filling meal. They are doing it right. The only potential negative here was that the cornbread was sweeter than most cookies. Not bad, just want's expecting anything that sweet. Again, it tasted great... just wasn't expecting that taste with the vegetables and chicken. I kept it for later in the evening as a dessert. Had them do half sweet and half unsweet tea.
