“I came here for the first time today and the lady who helped me out was extremely kind and caring! She gave me a sample of the smoothie to make sure I liked it and to see if I wanted to add anything to it before she poured it and it was one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had! I got green tea, Greek yogurt, mango, and raspberry and it was so refreshing! The lady even held the door for me when I left and gave me an extra sample that I shared with my mom afterwards! I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she really made my day and smiled the whole time! Nothing but good vibes in there🩵🩵🩵“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. “I have had the pleasure of visiting Kale Me Crazy multiple times per week to pick up orders and each time for over 2 months I have had the experience of being greeted as if I’m a nuance. I’m often met with the attitude similar to coldness of a widow scorned or the distance of someone who is carrying a man eating virus. I’m not European so I’m unsure if it’s because of that or simply because I look like an alien from stranger things. They are very chipper towards people who resemble them so maybe it’s just a coincidence. I wish that we all treated others the way that we wanted to be treated and that if we act a certain way towards someone it’s because of their actual character and not appearance or stereotypes. “Visited this location for the first time in mid-February (we had a T-Mobile offer). Purchased the acai bowl with nutella and an all-american wrap (customized to be vegetarian). Both were fresh and very tasty. We look forwarding to being back and getting one of the smoothies!“

“This place has my stomach and my heart. Acai is my number one, and this spot absolutely nails it.
Unlike the chains, they offer multiple sizes. You can build your own bowl buffet-style or choose from one of their pre-made creations. Even better — you get to watch it being made right in front of you.

They don’t nickel-and-dime you for extra ingredients. The staff is awesome, the space is comfortable, and there’s plenty of parking.

Bottom line: skip the chain and come here instead. If you love acai, this is the move.“

“Most of the time when I go in here the shakes are so great and the people are amazing but today when I went in there I needed help on the app or figure out how to use my gift card instead of paying from me app but still scan for points. He couldn’t help and told me that in order to use my gift card from smoothie king I would have to take all my debit card off of the app. I told him that didn’t Sims right and I would ask a manager set out research. I figured out that there’s two different scam codes and one was is the pay and earn points and one was just for points and told him that and then he gave me an attitude because I was trying to tell him something that would help the next customer. And when he gave me my shake it was not made right and watery and he had given me such an attitude that I just threw it away and didn’t even ask to remake it. I called the store back to ask for my name to be put on the list so I can be replaced and the same boy answer the phone and when I told him I didn’t ask him to remake it because I didn’t like his attitude he started yelling that he didn’t have an attitude so he got another attitude. That is not professional. Very disappointed.“

“I come to Playa Bowls all the time and it has never disappointed! The staff is always kind, greeting you when you first walk in. They are so welcoming and when making the orders quick. They are quick with the orders and they always come out so yummy! Everything comes out fresh and consistently yummy! It is definitely my top #10 favorite spots and I can’t recommend it enough!!“

“I was sitting on the traffic stop at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry and Medlock Bridge roads when I saw a billboard showing a Smoothie King in the area. So I decided to stop by. What a beautiful store. I’m a huge Smoothie King fan and do a lot of my ordering online, but will occasionally stop in a store. The employees there, especially Connor were so pleasant. Everyone spoke to me, either saying welcome or to ask how my day was going. I don’t usually small talk, but these folks somehow managed to get me to talk. They seemed to have a lot of fun serving us as they ribbed Connor playfully. Great place.“

I ordered the chicken sandwich and it had great flavor, while my friend really liked the pasta. Service was friendly and checked on us a few times without being overbearing. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal. There was a little bit of a wait for our food, but nothing too bad. “My husband ordered me chocolate covered strawberries and this location created them. The presentation was great but the chocolate flavor is nonexistent. It tastes like pure sugar instead of having a cocoa taste to it which is not the shops fault necessarily but they may want to look into using a different brand of chocolate because they really look great but the taste just isn’t there.“
