“Came in today for lunch on the patio. It's been a few years since I've been to a Marlows and first time visiting this location. Masie took excellent care of our table and the food was excellent. I opted for the crab cake sandwich, no bun and subbed a side salad for fries. It was exactly what I was wanting and was happy that they could accommodate a couple of easy swaps. We'll be back.“

“I can’t say enough about my experience at Cattle Shed! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Every server was attentive and knowledgeable, but the real standout was Manager Alexis. She came by my table multiple times and I noticed her doing the same throughout the restaurant—checking on guests, running food, greeting people, recommending menu items, and making sure everyone’s expectations were exceeded. The steak was absolutely amazing—cooked perfectly—and the entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was spotless. The staff really know the menu inside and out. They offered thoughtful suggestions for wine, appetizers, drinks, and dessert pairings, which made the whole dining experience feel elevated. I’ll definitely be back! I even joked with Alexis that I could eat two steaks if I wasn’t on diet medication (and sadly had to pass on dessert). She’ll probably remember me for that! Overall, an incredible meal and phenomenal service. Highly recommend Cattle Shed and especially Manager Alexis for making it such a memorable experience.“

“The quality of the food is top notch. The facility has a cool vibe to it with the high ceilings, open kitchen, and large bar. Iirc, the wine racks are a throwback to the original FSE. Our waitress Nei (sp?) really knew the menu and made great recommendations on pairings of food. The seating area is rather open and can be noisy. The portions are appropriate for your meal, and there were no leftovers at our table. Prices are on par with other restaurants of this caliber. Plenty of free parking right behind the restaurant. We will be back. 💯“

“I just visited Oceans And Acre at Halcyon, Alpharetta, GA today, for brunch and was amazed by the service and quality of food. The manager on duty was phenomenal! I wanted a quick bite before a business meeting, and he offered several options that really hit the spot, and was tailored to my personal taste palette. Following his lead the bar tender then crafted a well deserved concoction that perfectly complimented my meal. Exceptionally friendly service, attention to detail, chill environment reasonable prices, Oceans & Acres at Halcyon Alpharetta, Ga is a hit!“

“First time we have been to the Village Tavern for dinner and it was great. Both of us wanted the prime rib and each ordered the 16oz size. There is not a big price difference between the 12oz and the 16oz so why not get the larger one and take home the leftovers? I ordered the loaded baked potato which was perfectly cooked but very light on the “loaded” part. The sauteed spinach was terrific! The prime rib was delicious but cooked a little more than medium (we had ordered medium to medium rare). Service was great. Atmosphere at night with the fireplace turned on was lovely. A little noisy but the place was absolutely packed so that is not a criticism.“

“This is a hidden gem in Johns Creek! I visited on a random Tuesday night. I’m a bit of a foodie and can be a bit picky - that said, I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. I had the salmon and chose to get it blackened. Despite my requesting it well done, the salmon was still so moist and the lemon vinaigrette drizzle accompanied the dish so well! I also had a spicy margarita and their crème brûlée for dessert. My total experience was amazing! Will definitely be back!“

“We’ve stopped going to ‘steakhouses’ as prices have gone crazy in the last few years, and typically they don’t deliver anything better than I cook at home using a decent steak from one of the better grocery stores.\n\nStoney River provided us with a very enjoyable dining experience. The steak quality was very good, my ribeye perfect, and just one star deducted as my wife’s medium filet was delivered rare, but after being fired for a couple of minutes more, it was also perfect.\n\nService was a delight from our server, and when my wife’s steak was fired more, management made sure to supply fresh sides, without bring asked.\n\nWhilst I still think it’s crazy to pay nearly $200 (inc.gratuity) for 2 glasses of wine, 2 steaks, 1 salad, 1 potato side & 1 vegetable side, I have to say Stoney River delivered something that was much better than other $200 steak dinners we’ve had previously.\n\nWe will definitely be back when we want someone else to cook our steaks 😁“

“We are from out of town, visiting the nearby amphitheator. And when we saw the name of this place, we simply couldn't resist. And boy, are we glad we didn't. The atmosphere of the place, from the jump, is awesome. The staff, beyond perfect. Our waiter was perfect. Our entire experience was perfect. The grits - to cry for. The biscuits - perfect. “We have eaten at Firebirds on numerous occasions but this time our experience was not so good. We got terrible service. Our waitress looked miserable and did not keep up with drinks . Food took much longer and was not near as good as is has been in the past. We went for my birthday and my husband asked the waitress for a dessert for me. She said she would bring out a dessert (cheesecake) at the end of the meal. That never happened and my husband was very disappointed. Very disappointed with our visit.“

“Over the years, I’ve hit Lazy Dog spots from California to Colorado to Dunwoody. Most recently, the Alpharetta location delivered on our cold winter brunch. We grabbed a cozy table by the fireplace - perfect for eyeing the chill outside while the flames warmed us up.

Ambiance is spot-on: classic lodge feel with warm woods, mountain charm, and decor like a mini escape. It’s lively - families and couples rolling in - but welcoming for all ages (cocktail fans included). No actual lazy dogs in sight, though - missed opportunity on the name!

Food highlights: The seasonal Hot Honey Feta Dip with toasted bread was a standout - creamy, tangy, with that addictive sweet-spicy kick. Paired with adult cocktails, it nailed a brisk day.

My pancakes with fruit compote and maple syrup were nicely done - good flavor, but slightly dry and not that fluffy. My wife’s veggie omelet with tater tots? Quite good: fresh veggies, perfect eggs, crispy tots.

Lazy Dog’s consistency across locations is impressive - this is a well-run chain where quality stays steady. Great for hearty American eats in a cozy, bustling spot, especially on a chilly day. Fireplace seats recommended. 4.5 stars - reliable and worth it.“

I love a good farm-to-table restaurant and The Mill Kitchen and Bar delivers! On ALL levels. The food was great (I am a shrimp and grits connoisseur…these were on point!); Olivia was so funny and friendly to greet us when we arrived. David, our server was great. Knowledgeable about the food, kept our glasses filled and treated you like family or like a good neighbor. The patio was delightful (I usually run to the shade in this Atlanta heat) and the location is near Historic Roswell and the Mill district. Come try the Mill Kitchen and Grill for your next destination restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4.5 / 5 I had a wonderful stay at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta. Overall, this is a great and surprisingly romantic hotel. Room service was quick and the food came out hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The barista downstairs also did a great job on my caramel iced coffee. There were a couple of small things that could be improved: the TV had a few noticeable spots on the screen, and the shower door is only a half-door, which means you have to actually step into the tub to turn the water on. I would definitely come back. The vibe, comfort, and service all made the stay worth it.“

“I highly recommend this chain! It breaks up the monotony of the other quick service bowl restaurants. They offer unique seasonal options for sauces and I love that they will give you the sauce and dressings on the side and you can administer it yourself. Fell in love with the jerk sauce Summer 2025 and I can’t wait to stop by again to try what’s new for fall 2025. Smart concept, quick service, healthy food, and lastly, I love the fact that they offer MOUTHWASH in the restroom.“
