“Went here for the first time last week with friends and can’t say enough. The meal was incredible. I had the Short Rib French Dip. I’ve had a hundreds of French Dips in my lifetime and this by far was the best. What’s even better is the staff and service. So friendly. So accommodating. Above and beyond. “The quality of the food is top notch. The facility has a cool vibe to it with the high ceilings, open kitchen, and large bar. Iirc, the wine racks are a throwback to the original FSE. Our waitress Nei (sp?) really knew the menu and made great recommendations on pairings of food. The seating area is rather open and can be noisy. The portions are appropriate for your meal, and there were no leftovers at our table. Prices are on par with other restaurants of this caliber. Plenty of free parking right behind the restaurant. We will be back. 💯“

“Village Tavern is the best restaurant for the money. Everything is very good. We have been to fancy steak houses that cost 3 -4 times as much but we now just pick Village Tavern. The service is fantastic and the food is always great. We drive 45 minutes just to go to the Village Tavern and it is worth it every time. Brunch is awesome and the Prime rib is fantastic.“

“This is a hidden gem in Johns Creek! I visited on a random Tuesday night. I’m a bit of a foodie and can be a bit picky - that said, I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. I had the salmon and chose to get it blackened. Despite my requesting it well done, the salmon was still so moist and the lemon vinaigrette drizzle accompanied the dish so well! I also had a spicy margarita and their crème brûlée for dessert. My total experience was amazing! Will definitely be back!“

I wanted a quick bite before a business meeting, and he offered several options that really hit the spot, and was tailored to my personal taste palette. Following his lead the bar tender then crafted a well deserved concoction that perfectly complimented my meal. “Honestly wasn’t expecting such a fabulous meal from a chain but the Coffee Steak was incredible and the salad. They also give huge portions for the salad and dessert. Dessert was the only thing that was ehh okay. But our waitress was amazing. Atmosphere could use some more art or vibes.“

It has a roof with fans that blow the gas smell down to the tables, plus it was near 80° that day. I did not need a fire going. I'll definitely be back, and the fire pit wood be great in the Fall and Winter, but the gag needs to be directed out not down at the patrons.“

I love a good farm-to-table restaurant and The Mill Kitchen and Bar delivers! On ALL levels. The food was great (I am a shrimp and grits connoisseur…these were on point!); Olivia was so funny and friendly to greet us when we arrived. David, our server was great. Knowledgeable about the food, kept our glasses filled and treated you like family or like a good neighbor. The patio was delightful (I usually run to the shade in this Atlanta heat) and the location is near Historic Roswell and the Mill district. Come try the Mill Kitchen and Grill for your next destination restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!“
