“My husband and I decided to go on an impromptu brunch date and realized we hadn't been to Aquaterra Bistro in quite a while. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it!

The atmosphere has a relaxed, casual feel while still feeling special enough for a date. We started with the smoked cream cheese appetizer, and it was incredible. The blackberry preserve and citrus mustard paired perfectly with the smoked cream cheese and created a combination of flavors that was absolutely delicious. Easily a 10/10 dish and something I'd order again in a heartbeat.

For our main course, we both chose the seafood omelet. We were pleasantly surprised by how generously it was filled with crab and shrimp. Combined with plenty of cheese, it was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.

Overall, it was a wonderful brunch experience with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back for another date soon!“

“Outstanding Food and Overall Experience! - Reservation for 8 to celebrate my youngest daughter's birthday (4:30 on a Friday). We almost changed our mind, because we learned my oldest daughter and her hubby had a bad experience at this restaurant in 2021. So glad we gave it another chance. Restaurant is under new management, and it shows! From the greeters at the door with smiles making a first impression, to a personable, attentive server (LeLe), excellent food and engagement by the manager being visible and interacting with guests - it was well worth our time. Total enjoyment! Our group had the snapper, salmon, shrimp & grits, catfish and one vegetarian who made a meal from the sides. Food was beautifully plated and presented and everything was hot & fresh, well seasoned and tasted great. Generous portions too. We also had the bourbon glazed brussels, skillet cornbread and the sticky ribs as appetizers. HIGHLY recommend the brussels and the ribs!! It was the first day testing the ribs, so you may have to ask for them, if they're not on the menu yet. Appreciated the free birthday dessert! If you had a previous bad experience over the last couple of years, you may want to try again. The new manager has the right attitude and a good vision for setting a new standard for The Parkside District. Keep it up! We will definitely visit again. We are glad to recommend the restaurant!“

“Very upscale tavern in Cumming. Interior is very efficient with a bar that opens to the street on one side. Enjoyed a filet with a twice baked potato and green beans with mushrooms. Filter was cooked perfectly with gravy on top and twice baked potato was one of the best I've ever tasted with two types of cheese, bacon, and scallions. Green beans were crisp and mushrooms were an excellent addition. Definitely recommend visiting here.“

“Local Republic is one of our favorite downtown Lawrenceville spots. The food is always solid, the burgers are great, and it just has that easygoing atmosphere that makes it a go-to for lunch or dinner. “Original menus that change daily, or there about. Every time I visit Georgia I get Rico’s for dinner. Food is always delicious and the flavors are original. Truly the chef’s restaurant! It’s usually a yearly birthday thing also. I appreciate his use of fresh local ingredients and his support of local growers. We can all pay it forward when we start with the best ingredients and intentions. It’s a good thing…..“

“If you’re looking for clean eats or a place that is gluten friendly then this is the place for you! I’ve recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity so I’ve been looking for places that have gluten free options and this was one of them! The food is amazing! Everything tastes so fresh and the ingredients are clearly marked on the menu. The associates were very friendly and the establishment was very clean and welcoming. The prices are very fair for the portion size. I’ve definitely became a regular at this point. The only thing I would recommend is for the associates to point out the reward program because I’ve missed out on so many potential points.“

“The Mrs and I went there for lunch. She has a gluten allergy and the reviews indicated they offer GF options including burger buns and fries. Was welcomed very warmly and was told they could accommodate her allergy. Service was excellent -very friendly. I ordered wings as an appetizer and they came out right out of the fryer so they were nice and hot and sauced perfectly. We both had burgers and fries and they were great. Attention to detail was top notch. Will be back when we come back to the area.“

Yesterday, Wednesday, March 4th, we celebrated International Women’s Day at work, and because many of our employees are observing Lent, I wanted to find something fresh, healthy, and satisfying for everyone. Choosing Fresh to Order turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We ordered the large Market Salads and Southwestern Salads, along with sides of grilled chicken tenders and salmon, and everything was outstanding. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Honestly, these are the best salads I’ve had since moving to the East Coast. Every bite tasted fresh and high quality. I also want to recognize the timeliness and professionalism of the delivery. Since arriving in Georgia, we’ve had many catering experiences that didn’t quite meet expectations, but Fresh to Order delivered exactly when promised, and that reliability meant a lot for our team event. The only downside was the shortage of dressing. Salads that large really need more than two small containers of dressing. It was a bit of a disappointing ending to what was otherwise an amazing meal. Overall, Fresh to Order helped make our International Women’s Day celebration a success. Fresh, flavorful food, reliable service, and a great experience for our entire team. Since we were only there during the weekdays- it was mostly empty. Our waitress was great, joking and talking to us. The food was okay, not great not bad. The drinks were good! We had a pina colada and the perfect margarita- and it was perfect!
At first, when we were scoping out the place- we were daunted by the 400m of boat docks connecting parking to the restaurant. It was also pretty hot that day.
The day that we walked over to the restaurant it was cloudy and not bad at all. We were surprised they weren’t playing any Buffett music, but the whole Margaritaville Lake Lanier vibe is to just play on the water and chill. I felt relaxed as we left the restaurant (probably due to my two drinks)- so I was cool with it.“
