I've been there so many times, they usually remember what I'm having. And they give me a bowl full of salad. Yum! Yum!“

“Every time I go here I always end up leaving happy. I can’t remember anytime where I experience anything negative. Even this morning. It was busy because it was 7:30 and of course a lot of people are in a rush at that time. The manager took over the window and started to help. He apologized about the wait and seemed really sincere. “Alright I was double charged and I immediately called checkers spoke to Megan the manager and let me tell you she went above and beyond for me to get to bottom of everything and in the end she did refund me cash cause of the situation, this manager is the sweetest calmest and she is definitely manager material because no person in management I know would go above and beyond like she would! “First time back since the reopening. Always loved the breakfast and today was no exception. The front cashier was helpful in directing me to where my pickup order was. Was ready in under 5 minutes. Hot and fresh and ready to go. I will be comming back more often!

“We love the Captain D's in Rome. It's been our experience that some of the other Captain D's have had oil that seemed like it needed to be changed. We go to this one a couple of times a week and have never had that experience there. Good food and service.“

“It was my first time there food is amazing my only complaint is for the milk shakes didnt seem like milk shakes it was more like ice cream in a cup you cant drink it out of the straw that well but the milkshake/ice cream tasted perfectly amazing i would just suggest serving it with a spoon instead of with a straw that's basically an unusable straw and a waste of straws in my opinion not unless you get thick straws specifically for thick milkshakes its great that they have spoons to get it if you need it but I think things would run more smoothly if they were just served with the spoons and you would not have the straws go to waste on a straw that doesnt work everything else its amazing I love the food here I'll definitely be back“

But 3 weeks ago I had chicken from Bojangles - Absolutely the best chicken breast I've ever eaten. If you haven't been lately, let me tell you, you're missing out!“

It still tasted good but someone needs to figure out a better way to package this. I'm not able to pick it up myself in the morning so I must opt for delivery. Its not necessarily the store's fault this happened BUT if it had been packahed better...it wouldn't have happened.“

“We love Arby’s. This staff was SUPER NICE and ON TOP OF IT! That’s hard to come by these days. They kept the place super clean. And they are AWARD WINNING! Didn’t get a 5-star with this review bc both restrooms were closed bc of water pressure issues. Went to McDonalds next door and the place stunk and restrooms were SO DIRTY. Made me appreciate Arby’s even more. Thanks y’all.“

“I've had maybe a handful of items off by one burger ingredient or something very small scale. And those times were very far apart. The main crew members I've seen working there for a while now, they are very respectful and dedicated. They always make sure I feel specially taken care of. They know me and my kids by now so they always make sure to put extra napkins in my bag when they see us coming.“

“Of the 2 locations in city limits this is the 1 I'd suggest you go to. But I placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before I got there. Had to add stuff to my order. Went inside and got the extra stuff but waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. Idk what happened, but the service has dipped dramatically over the past few months“

“Amazing food if you have their coupons take advantage of the deals the breakfast is amazing you more for your 😋 money deluxe or special i think comes with everything you can just about feed a household just 9 on the deluxe breakfast me and my Lil men we do all the time seeing times are hard for everyone groceries prices are extremely high“

“I'm not real sure how this place is still open. The food is good, the staff is great, the location isn't the best though. I never see many cars in the parking lot and when I go in there are usually only people at 1 or 2 tables. The business just doesn't seem sustainable with the little traffic they get“

“Went to Jersey Mike’s Rome Ga. super busy, but everyone was cool, efficient and friendly. Gave my order and the lady in front of me was taking FOREVER customizing two sandwiches. I sat to the side and waited. My 2 Phillies were done super fast, young guy came around the counter to hand them to me personally. I was almost home when I realized I hadn’t paid. I’m no mooch, so I called the store and asked to pay over the phone. The young guy who helped me took the call, refused to accept payment and thanked me for calling, said it was their fault ( y’all it wasn’t- like I said, place was crazy busy). Sandwiches were top notch as well. Great folks, monster good sandwiches in Rome Ga. 100% recommend.“

“only car in the drive thru noone inside and was still made to pull over and wait on a happy meal 2 McDoubles and a McDouble meal. I thought they were cooking the fries but nothing I received was hot, so why make me pull over and wait. They are becoming like Krystals just not hot or warm when the food finally comes out.“
